For a great mountain feel this, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet-friendly townhouse

in Mammoth Lakes California will be your choice! This 1600 sq ft condo comes

equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, deck with gas grill, cozy wood-

burning stove, and wireless Internet access. The living room offers a large

flat screen 4K TV with access to Netflix and Premium television channels,

leather sofas, and the large deck overlooks a pleasant park-like setting with

a view of the mountaintops. Perfect for the kids to play or dog walks in the

Summer time! Two of the bedrooms even have decks leading out to this area. The

Master bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV. The Second bedroom has

a King bed, as well as a twin bed (not a bunk bed) flat screen TV, vanity with

sink, and private deck. The Third bedroom has a Queen bed, as well as a twin

bed (not a bunk bed) flat screen TV, and private deck. The Villa De Los Pinos

complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons

shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and

playground, walking trails, Starbucks and the new bowling alley complete with

golf simulator and the new Ice Rink are all steps away. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking

spaces, is pet-friendly (only 1 pet allowed, dogs only), and sleeps a maximum

of 8 people. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is

required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

Great family vacation!

Townhouse was perfect for our family (3 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents and a dog). Tennis court and pool were great amenities to use throughout the several days. Lovely walking area and path around the property to walk the dog, for kids to ride bikes, etc. Beds were comfortable and living and kitchen set-up were great. Very easy checking in and checking out. Hope to visit again next summer.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Cabin

Great spot in a quiet little complex. Lovely pool, grass complex and tennis courts. The cabin was clean. well stocked and great for our family of four.

Great stay

We were 2 families with young kids and the place was great. Access to the snowcreek athletic club was very useful during a quick rain. Green space behind the house, bed for everyone. The place was as described. The place is a bit outdated but, that did not stop us from having a good time! Great location, lots accessible by foot or a quick drive.

Great Unit

Everything was as described in the listing: great location, well furnished, well maintained and cozy unit. We really enjoyed our stay!Two issues:1) The heater is the master bedroom didn't work properly. When we came, it would only work for 10 minutes and shut down, needing a reset. It was very cold in the bedroom during our 1st night despite auxiliary heater. The maintenance person came, cleaned the heaters, and they started to run for 30 minutes before needing a reset. Luckily, by that time, it warmed outside, so it was OK.2) The router was apparently recently replaced, but unit print-out was not updated with new WiFi credentials. So, some of us were able to use WPS to connect, but people with Apple devices were out of luck.

Simple and clean.

Affordable. Clean. Simple. I would rent this condo again. It is in a quiet area and the grocery store is only a block away. During May- November there is a free trolley that goes through town and there is a stop right in front of the complex. Couple things I would note for future renters: the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the second floor, just in case anyone in your party has an issue with stairs, it may be a problem... that and lugging up food and the ice chest is not very fun. The other thing I would note is that if you have babies/toddlers or young children, its not child proof at all. Please make sure you bring any safety items you may need. They did have a baby gate but it was broken. Thankfully we brought baby gates and moved things around so that it was safe. The balcony railing over the staircase has a gap that isnt safe for young kids, so we had to block it off. I know its not realistic to expect all the cabinets to have a child latch, but at minimum I would recommend that the cabinet under the kitchen sink should have safety latch since it has some cleaning supplies under it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Overall it was a good rental. Check in/out was easy. Wish it was a code door to eliminate the extra steps of picking up/dropping off keys but is what it is. Good location and easy to find.

Tahoe Caldor Fire Evacuation Vacation

This Condo was perfect for our family that had to evacuate from Tahoe because of the Caldor Fire. Everything was there that we needed. The laundry room was great. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzii & personal deck. It was so comfortable and just like home. THANK YOU for all your help and kindness. We will definitely recommend this Condo to everyone we know.

Comfortable and fully stocked

Property was well maintained, very comfortable, easy to find, great service from the management company. Decor is a little older but if you have kids or pets, this is perfect. Nice pool, spa and green areas to walk pets. Would stay again.

Cozy but spacious

Townhome was in a very convenient locations, walking distance to Vons, Distant Brewing, among other major locations. Also a shuttle stop right outside the property. We had a group of 8, and there is easily enough space for 10 if you sleep 2 per full bed or larger. One of the small bedrooms has it's own sink and the Master is very large. It is also pet friendly and our dog had the time of his life. There was everything we needed. There were some spots we could tell there were previous dogs, but it wasn't anything that turned us off. The only thing we found was that the light fixture in the master did not work, but we notified the office. The property management should check all appliances/lights before check-in.

Mammoth Moments

Our fmaily goes to Mammoth every year to vacation with the family. We usually use the Mammoth Sierra Reservations. This year was different for obvious reasons. Some of our expectations were not met but it is hard to accommodate during this pandemic. So we all had to understand. We appreciated being able to cook or prepare every meal to help keep us safe.

A Place to Stay

Pet-Friendly Condo

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the owner really needs to clean out the closets. There is way too much stuff crammed into them to be renting the house out. In addition, some of the dresser drawers are broken. On the positive side, the kitchen, while small, is well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The coffee maker was broke, but the property manager brought us a replacement. On the positive side, there is a park within walking distance that provides a good play area for your dog. In summary, I would probably not rent the property again unless the owner cleans out some of the clutter and performs some maintenance on the interior.

Wonderful chateau

We had an amazing time here and the rental was very nice! It seemed bigger than in pictures. Check in process was smooth and easy. Everything was clean. We cooked here and the full kitchen provided so much. Walking distance to Vons/restaurants (I recommend Mammoth Brasserie - great food). Shuttle was right outside and convenient to the lifts. We couldn't have picked a better rental!
