This inviting 1st-floor villa offers a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath layout with a fully equipped kitchen and an open-concept living and dining area. The separate bedroom features a plush Queen Bed and a flat-screen TV for your convenience. Additionally, two cozy bunk beds in the hallway are perfect for smaller children.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is ideally situated within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, where you'll find a variety of shops, dining options, and the new Celebration Park. As an oceanfront property, Seaside Villas is just about 70 yards from the pristine beach, offering easy access to the sand!

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Nice Retreat for couple or Small Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a perfect location. Kitchen was dated but worked for our family since we only really needed the fridge. There were dishes and cooking supplies available which was nice.There is only ONE air conditioning unit, so the bedroom/bathroom would get really hot if you needed to shut the door. This unit is located easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza which my family loves! Also LOVED the sprayers located near the beach access gate so we could rinse off before going up to the room.We would stay here again.

There are also many shops where you can purchase anything you may want. My only dislike with the unit is the fridge needs to be updated but overall a great unit. I would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect and everything about check in/out was an ease. My only suggestion would be that a ladder be made available for the upper bunk bed and that toddler rails be provided for the bunk beds as they are quite narrow. Regardless we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

First visit

This was our first time at Hilton Head it is certainly a beautiful place. Seaside Villa was a nice, clean & quiet place. It was small, but plenty of room for two people. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay on HHI

The place was great for two travelers, very close to beach and many shops and restaurants. It was our first trip to HHI and won’t be our last. A/C wasn’t working well when we arrived but maintenance was quick and friendly and got it replaced. Great value for the location!

Our favorite week

We always enjoy our week long vacation at Hilton Head, it’s our little slice of paradise. However, when we first arrived there was a clump of hair in the hallway that we had to pick up, there were water rings on the floor and coffee table, as well as sand everywhere. Later in the week we opened the microwave and found a dirty plate in there from the previous renters. The lamps in the living room didn’t have light bulbs and also had hair on them. We left 2 beach chairs for the next people since there weren’t any chairs. A wagon and some beach towels would also be helpful but not a major necessity. We still enjoyed our stay despite these few issues, we stay in the same area every year, so we will definitely be back.

Nice place

Location is everything. Enough of a view to see the ocean from the deck. Clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Place was just what we expected. Could have used a few small niceties, like salt and pepper; we also left a boogie board and sand toys for anyone to enjoy next because there weren't any. Definitely a cozy condo, but we don't mind that while on vacation with our kids. We would definitely stay there again. 🙂

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this condo! The location is great, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and it was clean. My kids loved the bunk beds. Most everything was updated nicely except the kitchen. If you are planning to cook, the kitchen is not ideal as the appliances are "vintage." We don't cook on vacation, so it wasn't a big deal for us. (But we'd love to see a Keurig added!) We have stayed in this condo complex a few times now and we will continue to go back. 118 is a 2 min. walk from the beach, 1 min. walk to the pool and elevator, and easy to access from the parking lot. It was also close to the laundry room (which has surprisingly nice machines - bring quarters! $1 per load to wash and $1 per load to dry). We also rode our bikes from this location to coffee, lunch, dinner, and shopping in Coligny Plaza. Overall we were very happy with 118!!!

Small but Clean, right by the Beach!

We knew this place was small prior to booking (stayed in a similar place before) so we expected that. It was clean and updated and decor and furnishings were nice. It was nice to basically be right on the beach.

Family Getaway

It was clean. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. I especially enjoyed the access to the beach and shopping. Everything was within a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty smelly

Bedroom TV never did work Sharp metal on bottom of frog. Not visible. Cut to foot that limited activity. Horrible smell Sheets were dirty Kitchen lights burned out Horrible smell Did I mention horrible smell

The location is great. Close to beach, stores, and park. The building is really nicely kept with a nice pool. The room is outdated. The shower curtain was gross as well as the furniture. We covered couch with sheets to sit on it. The rugs were gross so we put them in closet. I would recommend this building but not this room!! Never again.

The resort was great. The unit needs updated. Dish washer was nasty to look at. The bottom was covered with rust or something, we didn't even use it. We washed everything by hand.loved the location, the unit was just subpar for what we had to pay.
