Directamente con vistas a la playa y al mar, junto a la piscina y a pasos de la playa. ¿Olvidas tu protector solar o toalla? A solo pasos de tu unidad. La ubicación más conveniente en el edificio.
Completamente renovado incluyendo reemplazo total de plomería y electricidad. Los pisos y baños de mármol de baja calidad han sido removidos y reemplazados con hermosos azulejos de cerámica y granito. Todo está recién pintado incluyendo los muebles.
Nueva cocina con mostrador de granito, microondas, tostadora / horno de convección, nevera de tamaño 3/4, estufa de inducción con juego completo de utensilios de cocina compatibles, utensilios para hornear de Pyrex, platos para mezclar, platos Corelle, artículos de bar, cubiertos, recipientes de almacenamiento de alimentos, cafetera, cortes Tableros y muchos otros elementos esenciales para que su estancia sea agradable. Plato de jabón y toallas.
El baño también es nuevo con una ducha de azulejos con un asiento y una ducha de mano waterpik. El mostrador es magnífico granito negro con gran Aqua iridiscente y escamas de color amarillo pálido. Armarios de almacenamiento debajo del mostrador, espejo enorme. Baño, toallas de mano y paños faciales, así como alfombrilla de baño, jabón, gel de ducha y secador de pelo.
Hay dos camas con doble almohada y almohadas con fundas de almohadas y colchones sellados que protegen de los alérgenos, el polen, las chinches y las bacterias. Toda la ropa de cama y edredones siempre. Windows tiene persianas enrollables HunterDouglas para aquellos que desean dormir hasta tarde. Convenient and comfortable

It’s a fairly small unit, but the private lawn and view make it very cozy. Convenient store in the complex and another across the street. Plenty of restaurants a short drive from the complex.

Wonderful stay

Can't wait to return to this location. Property is top notch as the beach and pool are right out your door. Geoff and Shelia extremely great host as they welcome you to their property and willing help you with whatever you need. We loved the restaurant on-site. Also, loved the mini mart as it had everything you could need. You would not need to leave this property if you did not want to. We look forward to returning!

What a View!

Spectacular sunrises! The beach was one of the nicest I've encountered. The water was warm and swimmable most every day. The condo was perfect for two people. Two beds can be separated or put together. The view was spectacular every day. We had everything we needed for the week. The Property Manager, Carmen, greeted us, got us settled in, and answered questions thoughout the week, making recommendations on shopping, excursions and transportation. The owners, Sheila and Geoff, live next door and were also very hospitable. Goeff helped me get some banking issues sorted out, which reduced stress for the entire trip. They recommended some great local restaurants and grocery stores, so we had access to everything we need.It was a beautiful get away, and we will definitely book through them if we go to Cancun in the future.

Fantastic Retreat

Overall stay was fantastic. Geoff and Sheila were incredibly hospitable. Enjoyed their company as well as their friends Tom and Sherry. The views were phenomenal! Pool area is clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious. It’s quiet and away from all the hustle/bustle/party areas but just a short ride via bus (12 pesos per way) if you care to explore those high traffic/touristy areas. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Convenience in Cancun

We had a wonderful time over Christmas holiday at this property. It is simple, relaxing, convenient and a great location. We were steps onto the beach or to the pool. We made a trip to the grocery store via the bus and bought groceries to have breakfast and lunch at the condo. Make note that there is no burner, so keep your meals simple. We ate out for dinner at surrounding restaurants. Even the restaurant at the condo had decent food. Prices were good and staff was friendly. It is a cosy space but the AC works great and the beds are comfortable. The owners, Geoff and Sheila were onsite while we stayed and they are a wonderful couple and great host. We had our first beer on their porch and they filled us in on the local scene. We borrowed beach chairs, super glue, and asked questions. They were very helpful. We would highly recommend their accommodations!

awesome - has it all, beach , location and pool

very nice place to stay - a simple small complex not too busy. steps from the pool and beach. there is a bar and grill on site so that makes it nice for a quick meal. and couple more places to eat across the street. the owners were home and live next door so they gave us ideas on what to do and where to go, since it was our first trip to cancun. and offered us a cold and much needed beer when we got there. wifi works great we just used the disney app and airplay for movies. definitely worth it.

What a View

We stayed for 9 nights and loved every minute. We loved waking up to the sunset and seeing the full moon shine down on the water at night. Spectacular views. We made one trip by bus to the Selecto grocery on the first day for some breakfast and snack items and ate at the onsite restaurant and 19.5 across the street for many lunches and dinners. Very reasonably priced meals and drinks. Went and got ice cream at the Oxxo across the street a few times - also very inexpensive. The beach and pool access couldn’t be easier - just a few steps - didn’t even bring our shoes. WiFi was fast - we watched movies on laptop in the evenings with no problems. We’ll be back!

Exactly as advertised

We stayed eight nights here and I would recommend it and we plan on booking here again, soon. The view and little yard are awesome. The check in process was flawless. Carmen and Rosy, property managers, were accessible and helpful. The owners were right next door and are both outstanding people and great hosts. We enjoyed getting to know them. That little yard , shared with the owner’s condo next door (when they’re here in country) is what we liked the best. It’s semi-private , being about 8-10’ above the beach with Adirondack chairs. You have a nice perch to enjoy the view and breeze without the sand , and steps from the patio door. It’s steps to the pool area and the restaurant/ bar is right there, friendly staff, typical poolside menu with a wood fired pizza oven. Safe, quiet portion of the hotel zone with families and couples. Beside the restaurant onsite, we liked KM 19.5, a short walk away and Naboo’s is just past. There’s a tiendo on- site as well with liquor, wine, beer , essentials.

Great quiet atmosphere!

We spent 10 days in April 2024. A very nice unit for two of us. Owners were next door and very helpful! We spent many evenings chatting with them. They were great hosts and we enjoyed our time with them. The unit is close to both the beach and pool, so very convenient. The on-site restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinners there. We plan to return again in the future.

Cancun get away!!!

The unit was very welcoming with the red Chairs set out on the lawn to enjoy the Beaty of cancun. I had no problem pulling the blinds and shutting off the air when I was not there! It stayed cool and inviting! Hosts Geoff and Sheila were amazing. They were in the unit next door and couldn’t go enough to make you feel welcomed!!! Felt extremely safe travelling on my own! Fabulous stay!!!

Best view and location!

We have stayed in this area so are familiar with it being an older building but this place offers views and access that you won’t find at any fancy resort! It is just as pictured and offers all you need to have the most relaxing vacation. The views are unbelievable, the access to the pool and walkway down to beach couldn’t be any closer, and the little yard just makes you feel like you have even more space. If you want top of the line luxury, this isn’t for you but if you want real and unbeatable access to the relaxing sounds of the waves - this is your spot! The owners are great and were staying at their place next door so if we needed anything, they were right there. Their property manager was also wonderful and easy to communicate with when we arrived. The property has a little store and a restaurant plus OXXO and a few other restaurants across the street. It really is a gem!

Great stay in paradise

Great location right on the beach!!! Room was very clean and comfortable! Beer and filtered water were waiting for us upon arrival! Pool and restaurant were top notch and very reasonable!!! Margaritas were great too with fresh lime!!! Great value and quality!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Weekend in Paradise

Everything about the stay was just as described on the website. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a full sliding door view of the most blue water ever seen. Easy access to the beach and pool. So convenient is the room to both there is no need to lug items out to your chair. 20 steps and your back inside your room grabbing a cold beer and heading right back to your chair. The owners were right next door and very hospitable. Carmen, the property manager, greets you with a smile and shares everywhere that is walking distance. The only problem was we only scheduled 3 nights…..not the rest of our lives! Highly recommend.

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I spent slightly over a week at this condo, and it was wonderfully tranquil and rejuvenating. The owners, who reside nearby, were consistently kind and accommodating. We relished the proximity to the beach and found the area delightful. The condo itself was immaculate, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the owners or property manager were readily accessible. Without hesitation, I would book here again.

Great stay, better than expected!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach-front condo. It was literally about 25 steps away from the beach, and about 20 steps away from the pool. One bonus also was that the restaurant on-property had a good variety of menu options, reasonably priced, and actually really yummy! The owners of this condo also own the condo next door, and they were staying there during our visit, so we got to know them pretty well... Really good people!!

Ground floor

Finding the place and getting checked in is always a bit stressful for me. In this case it was very easy and smooth. The shuttle we had arranged delivered us to the building. We found Carmen in her office as per her email and she showed us to the unit. The view out the sliding glass door is just as the photo shows. The unit was a bit smaller than I had pictured, but adequate for just the two of us. The grass outside the unit was like having an extra room. It was my favorite spot to sit. Geoff and Sheila, the owners, are right next door and as other reviews have mentioned, are most helpful with anything you need. With the shared lawn area and right next door, it was easy to get in touch. We feel like we've made new friends. Lastly, the ground floor and proximity to the beach and pool is really nice. The bar and restaurant was great. The busses that go up and down the main road outside were handy. We had a great time.

Fabulous stay!

Loved the ocean front with our own patch of actual grass. The water view was gorgeous. The room, shower and view were above all. I kept trying to capture the actual beauty of the ocean. We walked in and it took our breath away. Such friendly owners. We will be back! Bar and restaurant cheap compared to US standards. I loved the bacon cheeseburger 💗🌸

A quiet, laid-back stay in Cancun...

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet and steps to the beach. The private yard is a great place to sit and read, and the only sounds you're likely to hear at night are the crashing waves given the proximity to the beach. We stayed over New Years and even then, it was quiet and peaceful (other than the fireworks) The restaurant on-site has very good food and there are other places to eat fairly close by. The pool is unheated, so we spent most of our time in the ocean. The beach is really big and not crowded at all. If you want some hustle and bustle, you can hop on a city bus and head downtown to the many clubs, stores, malls, etc... It's quite a ways from shopping and other amenties though, and cabs can be expensive. That being said, there is a bus stop just out front and only costs 12 pesos a person. Most of what you'd want to see is located along the main road that the bus services. We were joined by our amazing hosts upon arrival and went down to the Walmart and shopped for breakfast food and drinks so we were stocked for the week. The double beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and the ac unit really works well at keeping things cool. Overall, we loved our stay and will most likely return in the future. Thank you Geoff and Shelia for your generosity and great company.

Fantastic beach getaway!

Geoff and Sheila were great hosts and made sure our stay was extremely comfortable. The unit is overlooks the beach and is steps away from the pool with a private patio and small grass yard. The pictures don't do it justice. I can't recommend this place enough!

Renter Beware! Checked out after 2 days! Safety hazard and Deceptive property description.

(FYI - The property description has already been altered after private comments to owners). First and foremost, they claimed that the electrical system had been upgraded. Why were we told that we couldn't use more than one appliance at a time? No coffee pot and toaster at same time? Really? The sliding glass door did not lock properly and we were told to use a pole to secure the door. We were also instructed to turn off the AC everytime we left the room. The TV did not work, although several attempts were made to replace the remote. It is NOT a private yard. It is shared with the owners next door, who were there. So it is NOT private. The induction cooktop is basically a hot plate. Call it what you will but it is not a cooktop that we expected nor as advertised in the original listing. We expected a full kitchen as advertised. The kitchen table is a cafe table which can only accommodate two people, NOT 4 (although 4 chairs are provided). We have photos to prove our claims but there is no place to attach pictures. In closing, we felt very unsafe in the unit and left after 2 nights. Again, the description of this unit was misleading and inaccurate. especially given the safety issues.

My husband and I purchased this property as a retirement home to live in six months of the year. We are now both retired. This room was for our children and relatives to stay in when they came to visit. Being as they are so busy now with work and families, we have decided to rent it when they are not here. We went all out on the renovation completely replacing all the plumbing and electrical to Canadian/US standards. New flooring, kitchenette, bathroom, ceiling fan etc. The private patio and yard a wonderful plus.

This property is one of a kind! Right beside the pool and steps to the beach. No other unit has a location that even comes close to the convenience of this one. It has taken many years of renovation to get this property to just the way we want it. Now it is time to enjoy!
