Welcome to Breakers West B6, a 2nd floor, 2 bed/2 bath condo located in a small, quiet 18 unit complex on West Gulf Drive. With just a short leisurely stroll down the private beach access path you can enjoy sunny days walking the beach in search of shells and taking in the breathtaking West End sunsets each evening. You and your guests will feel right at home in this condo that comfortably sleeps 4, with a king in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. Each bedroom has their own en-suite.

Take in the warm Gulf breezes from your private screened-in lanai while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying that evening cocktail while looking out over the tropical greenery. Enjoy floating in the heated community pool that is just steps away. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TVs, secure Wi-Fi and beach equipment. For an added bonus, Breakers West has an amazing rooftop sundeck with loungers.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

**1 Parking space is allotted per unit. There are no additional spots for an additional car or guest parking. Oversized vehicles, including larger SUV's, trucks, and vans will not be permitted. **
**This condominium requires a 4 night minimum stay.**

The pool was great and beach terrific. If you are in need of a fitness facility, the Sanibel Island Parks and Recreation department has a wonderful facility.

The host was very accommodating with our transition from one rental to another. We had to be out by 10:00 from our Captiva rental but were able to get in early at Breakers West. This made a huge difference for us. The staff was excellent in managing the transition.

Lovely, peaceful home. Short, private access to the beach. Super clean and well-equipped. The property manager was great as well. If I get a chance to go back, it will be my "go to" for sure!

It was still a lovely, leisurely trip with good beach time, pool time, shopping and eating! The condo had everything we needed and was lovely! Beds were comfy and the water pressure in the showers was wonderful - I wish I had the same at home! We will certainly be back. Check in was a breeze and I loved the electronic lock - so convenient!

Wish it faced the Gulf and was clean upon arrival

Our VRBO realtor responded promptly Monday (they’re closed Sat and Sun) to my text about the dirty floors and counter tops, plus filthy (black soot) lanai. By then, we had cleaned up most of it ourselves. The property doesn’t face the gulf but that’s on me. The furnishings were top notch. Comfy beds, couches, etc.

We did respond immediately (you contacted us Monday morning) to your concerns regarding the cleanliness and offered to have the cleaners redo the condo, but you declined. We are on call 24/7 for our guests and take pride in our responsiveness. We have also addressed the issue with our cleaners and room inspectors to avoid this issue in the future. Cheers!

Almost perfect!

This condo was in the perfect location, was perfectly stocked (kitchen and beach), and was perfectly managed. Sadly, it is a bit dated. (I’m not sure I remember ever having a bathroom counter that low!) We definitely could have used a box of Kleenex and some extra TP (we ran out with only two of us!) We appreciated the games and even left a great puzzle for future guests. We also left a shell scoop, so hopefully that’s there when you come! There are only 3 beach towels, so keep that in mind. The pool is wonderful! (Just too little seating during spring break )

4 nights in July

The unit was nice, a tad dated (smaller bathrooms) but had all the room we needed. The fry pans are in need of being replaced, other than that the kitchen had all that is necessary to cook up your meals. It was a great delight to have beach chairs, umbrella, toys, net, everything for your beach and shelling activities! Washer and dryer was great to have! Awesome to walk out right on to the beach! The pool was handy especially since the ocean was on the warm side, we cooled off in the pool a couple times. Have your bug spray handy as those little boogers show up when they want lol. The screen deck was a nice space also. I would definitely stay again, just know July is hot and humid as we expected. Sunsets were gorgeous

Great relaxing vacation

Not much to do in Sanibel island but we used this as a way to decompress and distress. Little waves and warm waters and a cool pool. The room was very clean. The one problem was the beach umbrella was on its last leg and it lost that on a windy day. They replaced it with a new one within hours. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Sanibel Island in the last year. Both times we stayed in a condo on the beach and both times, we had a lovely time. Breakers B6 was a very well kept and well appointed condo. The pool area was well maintained and we enjoyed the pool daily. The kitchen was well stocked with implements, dishes, and flatware. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well-stocked with linens. However, I have two suggestions for improvements: (1) The plumbing fixtures, especially in the master shower, need to be upgraded and replaced. The kitchen sink fixture was loose and dripped if not forced shut. (2) Some of the upholstered furniture, especially the chairs in the dining area, were stained and soiled. An occasional steam cleaning would go a long way to improving their appearance.Other than that, the condo was in good shape and offered amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

Great location - short walk to the beach!

Check in was super fast & easy at the new welcome center. The condo was clean & beds comfortable. We did have a little trouble with the wi-fi but I guess that’s expected on island. It did improve a little after we unplugged router & reentered password. The key/lock to get into our place was definitely tricky! We had to jiggle & wiggle it every time. BUT, the place itself was great! The location was awesome & pool was so nice to use after hanging at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was nice to have too. We ate breakfast in the screened in deck. Loved our stay!

Nice unit

Unit was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware, cutlery, glasses/cups. Also plenty of bath towels. Beach chairs and umbrella was also put to good use on the beach. Pool was very well maintained with a temp abour 85 Deg. Island location was also good. Easy bike ride to shops/restaurants on Periwinkle.

Awesome Beach ‘Get Away’!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect! It was very comfy and cozy! Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms were master suites with bathrooms. The living room had a couch with a foldout bed and love seat. There were several beach chairs and beach umbrellas along with many other beach supplies. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The beach was just a very short walk down a private pathway. We will definitely be staying at the Breakers West condominiums again!!!
