Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time here. The furnishings were beautiful and everything was so clean and looked fresh. We felt really relaxed here. We were able to cook in the kitchen and seemed to have everything we needed. We really appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, extra beach towels, beach chairs and plenty of pillows for the bed. It seems that everything was thought out in just the right way so as not to have too much clutter but still provide some extras. The atmosphere felt very family oriented, calm and quaint. The location and beach access is wonderful! We dearly loved the Waterside Inn that neighbored this property and always dreamed of coming back to it. After the hurricane destroyed it we were so sad. But we have found a new favorite we love equally as much. We hope to have all of our future family vacations here!!

Great Stay and Location

Unit was completely new and upgraded throughout. Easy access and parking. Located on ground floor, easy to pull up by door to load and unload. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet during our stay and only 20 steps to the pool out our sliding door. Definitely recommend !

Breathtaking

This unit was more than we imagined. Excellent location steps from the beautiful beach. Neighbors were friendly and the unit was immaculate. Plenty of parking in a quiet area but close to the restaurants and stores. Very clean and unit looks brand new. Excellent communication throughout our stay. 10/10

Great Condo

Everything was great! The condo was comfortable with all the amenities. We talked with a few residents of the condo and they were very welcoming. The short walk to the beach was a blessing! The beach was relatively empty as unfortunately many of the complexes around them are still under construction. As a result, the shelling was the best we've ever seen! When dealing with the property management company, they were great and called to check in on how we were doing while we were there. They also let us know when the exterminators were going to be onsite. That seemed helpful as there were some bug sightings early in our stay. We also appreciated being able to book a four night stay as many properties we have stayed at in Sanibel required a full week booking. Overall a great stay!

Our New Sanibel Go-To!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely beautifully-appointed condo! Upon leaving, my husband and I agreed this would be our place from now on (if it’s available!) It’s just a short, sandy walk to the beach, and the shelling is insane at this location! The location was perfect, as it was just a quick trip up Tarpon Bay to get to Doc Ford’s and our favorite, Over Easy Cafe. Our original reservation was with another company and they told us 3 weeks before our vacation that our condo would not be completed (from Ian) in time. (Note: be sure the condo is READY when you book. Construction always takes longer than you think it will!) We were forced to find another place at the last minute. We were so thrilled to find Breakers West A4. Then Milton hit. We were sure our vacation would be canceled. The management was excellent in staying in touch with us and letting us know we could come! They were amazing! Then, they kept in touch about everything throughout our stay. The xfinity tv system allowed us to log into our own Netflix account and watch our shows. I’m mentioning this because we didn’t figure it out until two nights before we left. Hopefully, this will help you not wait so long!The beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows. The bathrooms and showers were great. They give us a nice “starter pack” for the washing machine, kitchen, and washer. If we’d had any problem, I’m sure they would have been very responsive. The kitchen was also well-appointed. Beautiful dishes and LOTS of coffee cups (which we loved!) New pots and pans were awesome. Actually, everything looked new. What else can I say? It was a fantastic experience and we look forward to our next visit!

Between hurricanes

We arrived right after one hurricane and left right before the next. The property and Sanibel are great and hopefully not that much damaged by the latest hurricane. There was a lot of water standing from latest hurricane and still damage to areas from two years ago Beaches are beautiful and many shells. We had a nice week.

Relaxation at Breakers West A4

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was close, only a few minutes to get there. Lots of shells for shell collectors. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable for my daughter and I.The storm was a little scary when the building was surrounded by water and the electricity went out.Also the fire alarm went off for hours.Please thank Tammy and Angie for supporting us during that time. They knew the right things to tell us, and made sure we were safe and as comfortable as possible. We would definitely come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s important to note, Sanibel Island is still in full recovery mode from Hurricane Ian!! So, it is important for visitors to be kept aware of all the changes/improvements (I.e., businesses that are open/still closed, etc.) and Holiday Sanibel exceeded all expectations in this regard!!!! (Thank you!!). They sent list of businesses that were open throughout the process. They checked on us upon arrival and even mid-week to be certain there were no issues!! (Thank you, again!!). As for the property, it was better than advertised!! Note: the aforementioned Sanibel recovery effort does mean that there is ongoing restoration but it seemed to us that much respect/consideration was given to the working hours so as not to interfere with vacation plans/rest!!

We always enjoy Sanibel. Especially liked the ground level access to the pool area. Easy walk to the beach and all it offers. Great hosts and on island management…both were very responsive to all questions…easy check in and check out…everything went as planned.

Short but sweet

The property was very clean and very spacious. It was the perfect size for our family (3 boys and my wife and I). Being that close to the gulf is always nice instead of having to drive to a public beach and also have to worry about parking or people. The island is rebuilding well after the hurricane and is well on it's way to being somewhat normal again. Overall we were very happy witb the property and the location.
