Large Updated Three-Bedroom Condominium on the Oceanfront!

This large three-bedroom Hampton Place condominium sits oceanfront and has been wonderfully updated.

Indulge in the ultimate beach vacation at this gorgeous 3-bedroom oceanfront retreat. Located on the desirable first floor, this condo offers unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, grounds and community pool. The recently renovated kitchen, complete with stylish quartz countertops, is a chef's delight. Relax and unwind as you soak in the sun and the stunning coastal scenery. The living room is smartly decorated with beach contemporary decor and features an HDTV and a slider to your private balcony.

The Primary bedroom consists of a king bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower soaking tub and access to a private balcony with a chaise lounge. The second suite, features a king bed, attached bathroom with shower and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower only.

Hampton Place is an immaculately kept oceanfront community within Palmetto Dunes and is centrally located so you are best positioned to enjoy everything we have to offer. The beach is seconds away, while activities such as tennis, golf, and restaurants are just a short walk or bike ride.

Complex Pool Heated: October 15-November 30 / March 15 - April 30

Cooled: July 15-August 15.

No pets are allowed at this property.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. All amenities will remain open and operational during this time. Feel free to reach out to our team with any additional questions.

Relaxing; well-stocked condo. Perfect for 3 couples or a ladies trips.

Well-stocked , beds were comfy and each BR had its own bath. Perfect location . Loved looking at ocean all day.

The condo was excellent, clean, beautiful location and well maintained. We had small children with us so if Coligny Circle had been closer it would have been perfect but it was a short drive away. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect place for 5 women and tennis!

Loved the condo.. even prettier than the photos. View of the ocean from most of the rooms was a welcome sight. We will be back again for our annual tennis trip. Thank you, Karen .

It would be difficult to find a better view of the ocean and enjoy the luxury of this Hampton Place Condo. Everything was as as advertised and of course Palmetto Dunes offers a beautiful environment with many opportunities for fun family activities. Highly recommended.

5108 Hampton Place Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third time at Palmetto Dunes. The property was very nice with enough accommodations for the five of us. Great view from our ocean front location. Amenities were just right for our vacation expectations. However, we were told ahead of time if we would have any objections to them replacing their sleeper sofa with new sectional. That never happened. Also, we were unable to access the master bedroom balcony due to the shade being inoperable in the down position. We called 4 times without any resolution. Also, the iron didn't work but was replaced in a timely manner to our satisfaction. We do love it there and hope to return considering the friendly atmosphere and great restaurants.

Nice Place with caveats

Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice however the beds were very uncomfortable and the shades for the windows to the bedrooms that face the ocean do not have blackout shades and the lights from the pool light up the bedrooms all night. I'm use to a comfortable bed and a very dark room so this disrupted my sleep considerably. Overall the place is in very good condition however I would not rent it again unless I knew they had replaced the mattresses and installed blackout blinds.

The location on the ocean and views were great. The pool and amenities very nice. Unfortunately, the unit itself was not very clean or well maintained. It was very dusty. I dusted and swept the first day we arrived. Bathrooms drains had mildew. The kitchen was not well stocked and some pots/pans were old and in poor condition. The ice maker/water dispenser in the refrigerator did not work.

Early Fall Get Away

The online listing was accurate. We have vacationed on and off at Hilton Head since the last 1970s. This was our first experience staying on the first floor - we had always wanted an upper level "view". We are new fans of the first floor view from Hampton Place. A minor issue is that we had cook in a lot and the selection of fry pans can use some spiffing up. The dishwasher, frig/freezer, and laundry are first rate. We also liked the layout with the 3 bedrooms really being set apart - lots of privacy. All in all, we had a great week.

Family Vacation

Great condo with perfect views of the ocean. The resort was very nice with golf, pickle ball facilities and bike rental. Highly suggest bikes and exploring the island. This was our first time to HHI and was one of our best vacations. Will definitely come back.

Great place!

A fantastic place to stay!

We have stayed in Hilton Head on Palmetto Dunes for over 30 years. This condo was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms. It even had beach and pools supplies. The view was beautiful. Close to the pool and beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more! A wonderful visit!

Great condo!

We’ve been going to HH for almost 30yrs and our usual condo wasn’t available for our week. This one did not disappoint. Great views, furnishings and overall comfort. Would definitely rent again!
