cabin is a bit small but rooms were laid out comfortably - deck is small but has a great forest view-location is great-unfortunately there is no iron or ironing board - all rooms have ceiling fans- only several steps to negotiate which is good- would stay there again.

Great cabin in a great location

The cabin was very quiet and comfortable in a great neighborhood. Our only issues is we noticed the front and back porches had quite a few spider webs. Also we had issues with the WiFi not working (getting errors even though using the correct password). Left a message for the Guest/Host to call back and never received a call back.

A pleasant stay!

Great property, quiet area! Kitchen was only minimally equipped . Property manager was not quick to respond. Information and directions left inside the property were complete. Check settings on heater. Our first night had the heat surprisingly rose up to 74 in the middle of the night- we were all hot- next two nights were fine once we edited the program.

Show Low Stay

The layout and location of the unit were very nice and the unit was very clean. However, this was the worst-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. There was no body soap, shampoo, conditioner, or Kleenex and several of the remote units had dead batteries. Half of the lights were not working in the kitchen and family room. Could not get logged into the internet. Called the contact person for help and she confirmed we were using the right password but offered no other solutions.

Property needs updates. There was only one sharp knife in the kitchen, two of the wine glasses were broken but were still found in the cabinet, there was no iron or ironing board, a light bulb was out in the guest bedroom and one in the guest bathroom and water in the bath tub backed up and drained very slowly. No garage but ample outside parking spaces. Nice deck and back yard. TV took some doing to get it to work. With some changes, this would be a pretty good property.

Charming, clean property in an exclusive beautiful community.

Property was clean inside and out and ready for our stay. If you are a coffee drinker you will be disappointed with the 4 cup non-heater coffee pot. The coffee pot is not adequate and we found it dirty. The cutlery was very cheap and you’re better off using plastic ware. If you’re planning on cooking there is enough pots, pans etc. If you need to cut the knives are not sharp and there are only a couple of them. No blankets available. The beds had sheets and comforters only. Over all our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable and a great way to unplug. We highly recommend this place and will return.

This 2 bedroom unit was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great location and we loved the fireplace! We would stay here again!

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

Wonderful stay in the pine forest area of Show Low, AZ. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The back deck was mostly private and looked over a small, beautiful wooded back area. The description in the VRBO listing said Torreon golf was a few minutes away but did not mention that you CAN NOT play there unless you are a member or with a member. There are other local, public courses in the surrounding area. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a quiet, cozy retreat in a beautiful golf community.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin!

The property was beautiful and the house was very clean! The fireplace is lovely and sitting on the back deck watching the blue jays in the pine trees was so amazing! Overall I would stay here again if and when we return to Torreon!

Great home, great location! I would recommend it for two couple or two adults. Very clean and had m.

Loved the house but would be perfect if you did a couple things: 1. Coffee maker is for only 5 cups, very cheap and doesn’t keep the coffee warm. Invest $40 at Costco and get a 12 cup minimum. This was mentioned in one of your previous reviews 2. Guest shower in first bathroom on the left needs the drain cleaned out, doesn’t drain 3. There is no soap or shampoo in either bathrooms, dispensers are broken 4. Add a light blanket to each bedroom, the comforters are too warm and a sheet is not enough to keep you warm at night If you do these things, your place is perfect!

Lots of down falls

We could not get into the place the code had not been reset. The contact number does not work for all cell service lucky we found a cleaning crew and they called her. Once we got into the place it had not been cleaned. Got a call that the owner had just requested the clean...so basically they forgot we had a reservation. Owner called did not take responsibility just said a mistake was made with cleaning. We ended up going out to eat so they could get the place ready. arrived at 4 pm was able to get in at 8 pm. Hard to open front door had to fight every time to get in and shower off guest room didn’t drain well, so needed up with 2 inches of water around feet. The place was beautiful but the inconvenience of everything was not worth it.

Very Clean Property with a Few Shortcomings

This property is kept immaculately clean. Many of the lights don’t work (either the bulbs are dead, or the switch on the light is physically broken (as in the smaller bedroom)). The two bathroom sink soap dispensers are watered down - seems silly to save a few cents by watering down soap. The WiFi was tedious to connect to, and the two people on this trip are engineers in technical fields. We ended up on it, however. We were responsible for emptying the dishwasher from the last guests, which is something that’s never happened to me in any rental. The beds are NOT comfortable, and the pillows are pretty used and abused; one of the pillows in the smaller bedroom is pretty stained and gross. The guest bedroom shower doesn’t drain, so you end up standing in a puddle of your own filth. The Roku had to be reset in order to use it, and the only service logged in to was Netflix. We made do. There is no grill, only an electric range & oven. We were promised extra towels and extra linens, but there were none available. However, the biggest and most disturbing issue is we caught the owners monitoring us coming and going via use of the Nest doorbell. I disabled all auto scheduling for the Nest thermostat so we wouldn’t come home to a hot house, and we intentionally left it at 74 one morning, and went out to play golf. We came back 4-5 hours later and found the thermostat set to 78 (nest thermostat with remote capabilities). We opened the door and saw it had JUST started cooling back to 74, but the inside temp was 78. In short, they saw us leave and turned the AC up to save a couple bucks. I know they watched us return that day as I saw the light pulsating around the Nest doorbell which indicates it’s being streamed live to its account owner. That by far is the creepiest thing I’ve ever had happen to me in a rental property. If you want clean, stay here. If you want to feel you’re not being watched and you want lighting, try another rental.

Nice place to stay for getaway in Showlow

This golf villa located in Torreón was very comfortable. It was nicely furnished. Checking in was a little bit of a hassle as the code to enter was not what we were told it would be. Evolve quickly got in touch with the owner as we could not contact the property manager. Never could find the extra linens that were supposed to be there. All in all we would stay here again.

Nice, but management needs improvement.

The unit was very nice, but no shampoo, no soap in the shower dispensers available. no hairdryer! Coffee machine made luke warm coffee at best. Left no tv instructions. Manager never got back to me after I called him twice with questions. .
