Broken door and not cleaned

Our stay was wonderful. Check in process was fine. The area was beautiful. The only problem we had was the property's cleanliness and maintenance. the properties cleanliness and maintenance.

4th weekend fail

Key pick up from rental office was easy, although they only gave us 1 key and messaged 15 min later they found the 2nd if we wanted to get it. Got to house and thermostat read 86..turned thermostat to 70 and 2 hours later house was till unbearable. Quickly realized AC didn't work. Messaged agent and they said they'd contact owner. Next morning got message AC tech was there and should be working, yet it was not and house was still at an unbearable 82. Story then said tech was there but couldn't get in and they'd try again. Then owners stopped responding to rental agency. Needless to say, we had ZERO AC in brutal July heat/humidity. Also had no internet at any point. Will NOT be staying here again and would NOT recommend.

7 of stayed in the house. Good amount of space. Small kitchen and few plates and utensils. Had to hand wash or run dishwasher every meal. Hardwood throughout. No broom available, vacuum though. Couldn’t figure out the outdoor shower. Pictures showed kayaks but those weren’t for our use, so disappointed about that, we expected to have use of them since they were indicated by picture in the listing. All in all it was a nice location and comfortable space!

Overall pretty good and relaxing with great, residential location

Overall this was great and relaxing. House was great for our little family with baby under 2. We had to get three different cribs though because first two were broken. You may want to bring your own pack and play. But the kids room was spacious. Cool little toys and books for kids to play with including some beach stuff in the shed. Overall pretty relaxing. Great location for Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach.
