4 bedroom, 3 bath rancher a short six minute drive to Bethany Beach. A two minute drive to Bear Trap Golf course and three minutes to Sea Colony tennis courts. A 15 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach, 20 minute drive to Lewes Beach and Cape May Lewes Ferry, 25 minute drive to Salisbury, MD and 15 minutes to Ocean City, MD.

**Very large open concept living space…Detached two car garage for bikes or motorcycles. Large yard for kids and exceptionally clean home. Dog friendly (2 small dogs maximum) under 20lbs each only. Lawncare waste clean up fees will apply. You must clean up the waste after your pet each and every time (lawn has irrigation and sod) pick up fees of $125 will be charged. The tenant must meet landlord at check in (no exceptions). If the tenant cannot meet landlord with photo ID access will not be granted to friends and family. Do NOT ask for me to make an exception if any pet you are bringing is over 20lbs. If you contract to rent and bring a pet over 20lbs you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit any payments.

For clarity, my property has (2) queen master bedrooms with attached full master bathrooms (stand up showers only) in each bedroom. Also, two separate bedrooms each room with (2) twin beds with a shared full bathroom (shower and full bathtub) in shared hallway. Bonus/Rec room with large surround sofa (seats 7), additional refrigerator/freezer, and additional dining table with seating for ten people. Perfect for game night, eating crabs or just hanging out. Rec room will also allow additional sleeping for premium queen air mattress (left on onsite) for two additional guests, to allow sleeping for a total of ten people in the house. Five Smart Tv's, WIFI, all new appliances, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, crock pot and coffee pot. Rear detached garage for storage of any beach items you bring, ie…motorcycles, bikes, beach wagons etc. I have provided couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for tenant use.

**Extras included: Exterior Gas Grill (you are responsible to fill propane if runs out), wooden collapsible crib with blankets and sheets and high chair. New rear paver patio with exterior dining table with unmbrella. You must close the umbrella after every use, if damaged during your stay you will be required to replace the umbrella for like kind and quality. I provide private trash service, and lawn care weekly.

For a small fee of $85 I will provide ALL bedroom sheets, pillows, blankets and linens for ALL bathrooms $85 (towels/hand towels/wash cloths). Tenant must pay a small fee of $100 for laundry services to be completed by us if linens are purchased during your stay. No smoking in the home, rec room or detached garage AT ALL for any reason! Owners are local and available and can be contacted with any questions or needs anytime during their stay.

Property is a local favorite, only minutes to beaches, golf, tennis, grocery stores, local restaurants and Tanger outlets. Property is very private and modern with all the top amenities! Rents out very quickly and many clients return year after year.
