Apt. 4 Tower View Apartment is on the second floor above The BEAR. This 2 BR 1 Bathroom apartment is newly furnished with 75" Roku TV in the LR and 65" Roku TVs in each BR. Both BRs have King beds. It has its own washer dyer combo. It is non-smoking and pet friendly! Views of the Homestead tower can be seen from every room! The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Hot Springs (2831 Main St.) within walking distance to The Homestead. There are shops and restaurants: wine, coffee, VA ABC store and other amenities next door. In addition, across the street is Claire's Cakes and Cafe offering breakfast, deli sandwiches, soups, salads, espresso, hand dipped ice cream, and next door the micropub Bacova Beer!

We just spent an amazing Fourth of July in the Hot Springs area. The apartment was very clean, spacious well organized, and well stocked. It has a brand new combination washer dryer, which was nice! It’s an easy driving distance to Lake Moowmaw and the Jackson River where we went kayaking. There are some cute restaurants and a grocery store nearby.The only reason we did not give it a five star rating was because the beds in both apartments three and four were extremely- extremely firm! Most of us had trouble sleeping on them. Maybe just something as simple as a memory foam overlay would fix this and bring it straight up to a five star rating! The owner was very quick to communicate and answered any questions and problems we had in a timely manner. I would recommend this stay!

Getaway

Location was perfect. The stairs were a little intense but after eating a great meal at LCDO, you got a little exercise. Another plus was being right across the street from Bacova brewery.

Fall break getaway

This apartment was in a perfect location to spend time with our daughter and son in law. The area is so cute and relaxing. We could walk to restaurants and a brewery. The Omni Homestead resort was wonderful to visit as well. It was very clean and just as described.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed another quick weekend getaway to Bath County. Fished, played golf and enjoyed eating at the various restaurants. Two of the best are located down the stairs from the apartment. Jackson River Cafe and Les Cochons d'Or. Highly recommend both.

Quick getaway

We wanted a last-minute trip and this apartment was the ideal stop. Within steps of the Homestead, it was perfect for using the spa and dining on the property. I had plenty of questions and requests for Pat and he answered quickly and was generous extending check-in and check-out times.

Great location - great apartment!

We took our 3 kids skiing at the Homestead and wanted to rent a vrbo that was close to the resort without staying at the Homestead. It was a 3 minute drive to the ski area. In the evening, all the restaurants are either right next door or across the street. And parking was very easy as there were lots of options very near the apartment, including street parking right out front. The apartment was very clean and pretty. We cooked breakfast and had all the needed cooking equipment. It was the perfect place for our family to stay.

Great location/Charming apartment

We booked last minute for a two night stay. We were checking out property in the area. It worked well. Charming apartment. Very clean. Sheets and towels were of great quality. Restaurants directly below us so very convenient. We ended up departing quickly and only staying one night due to incoming snow. I didn't want to get caught on a 3.5 hour drive home in a few inches of snow in the mountains. It would have been beautiful though! Husband is now convinced we need to live in Hot Springs. Apartment was exactly as described. Thank you!

Nice apartment, perfect location

This apartment is a great alternative to staying at the Homestead. It's a lot more space for a better price but walking distance from the Homestead and restaurants in town. There is a brewery with good bar food right across the street! This is the second time we have stayed at one of Patrick's properties, and both were great experiences. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Patrick is also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and spotless!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Steps from everything and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Kitchen was stocked with needed pots, pans, towels, soap, etc.

Perfect location

We normally stay with in laws when we come into town but there were lots of us this time and decided to rent. Love the location of the apt as we always come to shop around in this area. The apt is set up nicely and very clean. We will definitely rent again when we need the extra space.
