Comfortable and relaxing

The condo was cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. My husband and I went on a walk around the area. The host was prompt to respond. Everything was what was described when we arrived. The parking was fine for our vehicle. The condo is older, but it met our needs on space and location.

Condo with a pretty drive

It was perfect size for our small family. Only complaint was the neighbors had dogs that barked at night and we like to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air so that was a little distracting but the neighborhood otherwise was very clean and easy to navigate.

Excellent and convenient place.

The property was excellent. Very beautiful and comfortable condo with easy access in and out of the property. It was clean and quiet and everything was in presentable condition. Wish I could have stayed longer. I'll stay here again when I'm in Ruidoso

Relaxing

We enjoyed the cozy cabin! It was perfect for my family of four. Would not recommend having more people than that. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dryer came in handy for drying our suits for the hot tub. The hot tub worked great and was very warm. The only complaint was that the cover is beat up and hard to take off and on. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace, balcony and the master bed was comfortable. It was in a good location, close to downtown.

Nice...but

This was a nice property...but when we arrived all of the outdoor spaces were not cleaned. Cobwebs, dirt, dusty pollen, and needles and leaves all over the decks, BBQ, and hot tub. One of the kitchen drawers had mouse droppings in it and were spread all over the hand towels...which we didn't use.

Nice place

It was clean, nice. We had to buy new Pack hand soaps. Because one in the upstairs bathroom did not work. We also bought a few things for the kitchen some of which we left. I know it’s hard to keep things in a place like that that many people are in and out of. Our only complaint might’ve been that on the website it said no pets and then on the materials y’all had there said pets allowed. So that was a little confusing. We cannot figure out the TV upstairs we could only get one channel on it. Other than that everything was good it was clean comfortable.

Peaceful and cozy

Overall good but a few changes should definitely be made. I would stay here again IF and ONLY IF they replace the mattress in the bedroom. That’s really the only thing that ruined it for us because it was that bad. The refrigerator stunk so bad it made our groceries (fruit) smell and taste funny. And the stove functioned but not well. One may be 2 burners were sufficient. We planned on cooking a lot. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great Property

The condo was very clean. There was nothing broken. It was very well maintained and everything worked. It’s not fancy but it is very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Very poor communication with guest host and vrbo

The first morning we were there the toilet on the second floor overflowed onto the floor and leaked through the ceiling to the kitchen below. Because the ceiling matter leaked into the stove, we didn’t cook breakfast until this was fixed. The “guest host” initially told us to contact vrbo for help. He later agreed to send an email to the office to ask the maintenance personnel to look into it when he was about. This was not what we wanted to hear. We phoned vrbo and were on the phone for over an hour lodging the complaint. We were asked to take pictures, which we did, but basically received no help from vrbo and it was left to the guest host. Several hours later, the maintenance man fixed the toilet and we cleaned up the stove after being assured it was safe. We finally felt comfortable starting our vacation after losing the entire morning to this problem.

We’ve stayed here twice and the location is perfect. My husband is a bicycle rider and a golfer and this location works great for both. The condo is nice enough though I wouldn’t call it stunning. It’s very affordable, comfortable beds, adequate kitchen and the upstairs balcony is so peaceful. Our grandson wanted to sleep out there and really could have.

We had a really good time everything so cozy. We went to rest so definitely we did that so peaceful. Definitely planning to stay again even friends and family asked where it was and to give them the information of the place. We ended up just staying in the living room my whole stay lol it was that cozy fireplace was just perfection. It was only my partner and I but definitely perfect for big families as well you don’t have to worry about taking really anything but the food because everything is there.

I liked The hot tub. I did not like that it advertised two bathrooms and it was one full and one closet door bathroom with toilet and sink downstairs. At least we had two toilets but we all had to use same bathroom basically which I didnt care for. The beds were bad. Hard and didn’t feel very clean or comfortable. I cringed and hated going to bed in this place. We let our friends have the king and they said same thing. Hard as a rock bed. It also felt like a not so clean place. I would not stay there again.
