Amazing place to stay, so many fun things to do. We enjoyed the bikes, paddle board, sand toys, beach, pool, and sound. We all slept so soundly at night in the comfy beds after our fun filled days.

This was a clean, well cared for property. It comfortably accommodated our group of 10 people. There is also alot of seating outside. Beds were very comfortable. There are 5 TVs if you need them. There was a bunch of board games as well. The internet was down when we got there. It took a little time to get anyone's attention about the internet. But they finally responded and the technician arrived promptly, as scheduled and fixed the problem.We did not use the pool.It is located on the island with walking access to either the ocean or bay beach. When it rains, the street floods, but we were able to drive through it without a problem.It rained 7.5 inches during our stay, but we still spent 2 days at the beach and attended a beach wedding during our 4 days. So, don't let the weather forecast scare you off.There are a lot of good restaurants, but you definitely need access to a car.

Nice Home By the Sea

A nice place to have friends and family gather. The private beach was particularly great for children as it was calm water. The pool was close and great fun.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this rental went beyond our expectations. The rental process was smooth with great communication. The property was beautiful and clean with everything needed for a perfect family getaway. I would definitely recommend this location and we will stay in this location again when in the area.

Beach Life

The property. was beautiful and clean and very child friendly. Enough decore to not be stark, yet decore was easy to keep safe from Toddlers. We loved the porches, the well equipped kitchen, and the gathering area. The stuffed sea creatures in the bunk room were a big hit with the 5 and under crowd.

Great for families

Great getaway for our family, kids ages 7-14. We traveled from the Midwest for some spring break fun and warmer weather. We loved the close proximity to two beach areas as well as the community pool. There were plenty of fun outdoor activities, bikes, and board games to appeal to all ages. The home was well stocked to prepare meals but also a short drive to local restaurants.

Great Location

The house is located in a gated neighborhood and is a short walk from the Bayside beach. We had two families with four younger children and they enjoyed using the beach toys that were in the garage. The weather at Navarre Beach was windy most days so we would go to the Bayside beach and it was great. The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fun trip overall and would stay here again!

Summer vacay

Property was just as described in listing! The home was perfect for our family of 9. Living area and kitchen seated all of us comfortably. Outdoor space was great as well. The beach chairs, toys and beach wagon were great to borrow. We also loved having the bikes to ride in the neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach! We hope to be back again!

New Year Visit with Navarre Friends

Another great new year welcome in Navarre! Great place for groups with smaller children (13 & under). Main living area and porch are great for hanging out together! We rented a golf cart and they have everything necessary for activities/exercise while getting some relaxing time away. The beach was great and weather was nice! Bring a jacket and pants cause it's chilly in the morning and evening. We did some polar plunging followed by soaking in the hot tub. Went to Joe Patti (Pensacola) for seafood boil requirements and had an awesome New Year's celebration!

Wonderful weekend stay!

We were so happy to find this property! It was perfect for our family. My sister and I went with our husbands and children (8 people total). The house had everything we needed including some great board games. The kids LOVED the bunk room!! You could tell the owner put alot of thought in to it. We rented a golf cart which made trips to the beach a breeze (even though we could have walked easily). Another great aspect of this property is that you have access to a small bay beach as well with calmer water. Lastly, it’s almost across the street from the neighborhood pool. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Spring break getaway

We loved the location of the property. The pool and hot tub were very close to the home. It was a very short walk to the end of the street to go the beach at the sound. We enjoyed renting golf carts part of the week to ride down to restaurants or take to the beach across the street for easier parking. There were plenty of beach and bath towels to use. The girls loved the variety of beach hats. The wagon was a nice addition to haul stuff to the beach when we walked there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to cook. There was a charcoal grill. The game closet was fully stocked. Maintenance responded in a very timely manner when we needed them.

Communication with host was great. A few minor hiccups with a few very minor things on the property, but very quick to have things fixed or replaced same day or within an hour even. Nothing really negative to say honestly property was clean and as described. Pool area has seen better days but it’s a community area so to be expected. Beach to the bay was nice very nice. Great if you have little kids very calm waters. Our grandson is 3 we put his floats on and he sat on the beach played in the water with no fear. Our family of 8 fit ok as always the pictures make properties and rooms look so much more spacious but that is every listing. We really did enjoy our time and celebrating the 250th anniversary of our great nation watching fireworks on the Navarre beach.
