This 1st floor unit offers views over Nelson Bay to the water from the balcony, W/ an outdoor setting, leading into open plan and A/C in living with FREE wi-fi, a big TV and kitchen with a full Size fridge, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a king bed, TV and ceiling fan and the bathroom has a shower over the spa bath. There is also access to a laundry with washing machines and dryers. Offstreet parking for 1 car & lift access to the unit.

Great Stay

Overall we had a great stay. The resort facilities were amazing and the apartment was cozy. Bryce was quick and easy to communicate with. The only things to note is that the shower sprays over the bath and gets a lot of water on the floor, and that we only received a small amount of dishwashing powder for a 7 day stay.

Great stay!

We had a lovely couple of days here, all very comfortable and well equipped with quality fixtures & fittings. I didn’t know the area beforehand so didn’t realise it was a big apart hotel style resort so was very busy when we stayed but we still found space at the pool etc. Loved Nelson Bay - Beautiful area!

The apartment was not clean at all. Bath very dirty and kitchen not clean. Table lamp not working.

I will never book it again. The cleaners need to be check properly. The light bulb in the bedroom wasn’t working and the balcony very dirty. Washing line broken. Apartment smell so bad

Nelson Bay Stay

Lovely unit in a great position, close to restaurants, shops and golf course. Host Bryce was quick to respond to any questions. We arrived a few hours early in heavy rainfall, we messaged Bryce who was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything you could think of and it was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the shower over the spa.

Excellent accommodation and host

Stayed at this property as a couple for 3 nights over the long weekend. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Located close to the Nelson Bay town centre, bowling club and beaches made it a very convenient base. Hotel is very well maintained for its age. The apartment is reasonably quiet as it is located at the other end of the complex from the swimming pool, lifts and reception. Unfortunately Nelson Bay was suffering from a series of power outages at the time of our arrival. Host and hotel staff kept us well informed and we were offered a late checkout as compensation for being unable to use our room until later than expected. Car park located directly underneath the complex is vast so there is no issues with parking. We look forward to returning.

Nelson Bay Getaway

The unit was clean and comfortable as pictured on the website. Bryce was quick to communicate and very helpful. The unit was a bit further from the waterfront than we expected but there were restaurants close by and the Main Street was an easy walk.

The apartment was exactly as pictured on website, perfectly situated to access everything from beach to shops to restaurants. The cleanliness was great and it’s best smelling sheets I’ve slept in at a stay away. Definitely recommend this property. Superb.

Excellent Location and Accomodation

The location is excellent. Located a few minutes walk from the shops and marina. Plenty of onsite parking. Adjacent to the Bowling Club for drinks and meals and alongside the Gold Club. Good pool, spa, and sundeck The apartment is well-appointed with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and restful. We will come back.

Landmark Resort apartment!!

The apartment was excellent, perfect location, great pool, and just a short stroll into middle of town. Only issue would be to reverse the hinges/swing on both bathroom doors as that would create more space in the bathroom and the bedroom.

Nelson Bay LANDMARK break.

It started off a bit stressful as the entry code to the safe containing the entry key was changed on the day we arrived. After a few panic phone calls it was all resolved. The apartment itself was fine with all the necessary amenities. The cleaning crew only do the minimal job of cleaning and that could be very much improved. A security screen door to the balcony would certainly be appreciated and a few more hooks in the bathroom. The location, pool, parking, restaurant are all great amenities for an enjoyable holiday break.

Great for cruises and close to town

Was fantastic, very close to town was great as could walk everywhere and the missus didn't grieve me for getting on the beers and having to drive back. You can just walk down to any cruises or to get dinner etc takes about 15 mins. Hotel is great pool, sun deck, steam room all great ! :-)

Beautiful spot for a summer break

We had such a fantastic holiday with our family of 3. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. My daughter lived in the pool and it was such a central and convenient location to everything. We already miss the place. Thanks for a great stay.
