"Sunrise to Sunset" is a Semi-Oceanfront home, offering Ocean and Sound views! This unique and desirable location allows you to enjoy your mornings on the top level deck watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, and your evenings watching the sunset over the sound! Just steps from the beach, and a short drive to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, you will enjoy all of the convenience "Sunrise to Sunset" has to offer.

Spacious and well maintained, "Sunrise to Sunset" features a multilevel layout with use of an elevator. Step out into your backyard and enjoy swimming in your private pool or head out to the beach to watch the dolphins frolic in the water while burying your feet in the sand. On those rainy days, there is plenty of indoor entertainment for all including a rec room with pool table, wet bar and additional seating area! Give your family more than a vacation at the beach. The most beautiful house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to OBX every year and stay in a different house each time. This was, hands down, the most beautiful house we've ever stayed in! The decor was gorgeous. I felt like we were in an HGTV set (in a good way!). The house was so well appointed. And you could see the ocean on one side and the sound on the other - sunrise and sunset! I loved that it was only 100 yards from the beach and that it backed up to Hatteras National Park so you felt like you had so much privacy. South Nags Head is so much nicer because you have fewer people and traffic noise and the natural beauty shines. The pool had lots of toys. The beds were comfy. The rec room and the living room were terrific. Big table to accommodate my large family. The only thing I would add is an outdoor shower. Not only is it one of my favorite things after a beach day but you track in so much less sand in the house and down the drains. I so appreciated being able to bring my dog who loved morning and evening walks on the beach. I hope we get to stay here again!

The only thing I would suggest is bathroom rugs/mats. Floors can be very slippery when wet, so we had to use one of the bath towels provided for bathing as a rug. Other than that, everything was great!

I was disappointed that there was no regular TV, just streaming service. The pool area was awesome! I loved that the beds were already made for us. Definite plus! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise to Sunset house except for one issue. We called on the first day at the house and let Beach Realty know about one of the bedrooms not having AC. We were told that there would be an HVAC company out to resolve the issue but no one ever sowed. We were not able to use this bedroom the entire stay. We loved the house and location and would stay there again if the issue was resolved. Just very disappointed that we paid for a 6 bedroom house and were only able to use 5.

Summer Family Vacation

We had such a WONDERFUL stay at Sunrise to Sunset! The house is large and accommodating and very clean. The pool area is a great place to relax and hang out! It is a very quick walk to the beach. Great location! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great area out front for the dog to run. Our group lvoed the spacious house, everyone had their own bathroom, and large beds vs bunks etc was great for our adult group. Kitchen well appointed, fridge downstairs is convenient. Walk to the beach is just across the street and very easy access. Pool and deck was a great break from the beach and well maintained. Only issue was some cleanliness. Needs a good overall cleaning. Fans dusty, window sills dirty, things like that. Maybe a carpet cleaning as there are some stains but for a pet friendly place there is no pet smell which is great!Will rent here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was ready for occupancy @ 12:30pm which we thought was great b/c traffic was so good we got to town very early. However, the house was not clean. 1 bathroom was filthy; tub had hair & was very dirty. Some glass furnishings had horrible smudges & fingerprints. Found a few spider webs w/ spiders. Some areas hadn’t been dusted in a while. We didn't call but a couple hours later 2 guys showed up, said they were cleaning crew & rental office told them to go back because of complaint about cleaning. Again, we hadn’t called. We shewed them away & now called the rental office. They said they had not sent these guys back. Very strange. POSITIVES:1. Very nice pool. Good size and the built in seats are great2. The home was nicely furnished to accommodate our party of 123. Easy & short walk to beach access directly across from this property4. Elevator is very helpful for luggage, groceries and people with less ability to climb stairs5. Short drive to restaurants, shopping & attractionsNEGATIVES: 1. Would be nice to have stairs between the 3 levels of the back deck so you don’t have to walk through the house to get down to the pool.2. Bedroom on 2nd floor over carport stays much warmer than rest of house. My 5 yr. old granddaughter commented the floor was hot. It was indeed warm to your bare feet; must not be any insulation in the floor. Also, the floor above (top floor BR) creaks VERY loudly3. All sink & tub drains in work very slowly.4. 4 or 5 active bees nests on the back decks. We used up 2 cans of wasp killer from Dollar General taking care of them. 5. Didn’t notice until our last night that the smoke detector on top floor is missing6. Internet/Wi-Fi wasn’t great. We had to reset router and TV Wi-Fi connections a couple times.7. Rained a few times during the week which floods the sidewalks so you can’t walk or jog unless you go in the road and yo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was just ok. Definitely over priced for how outdated everything was. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker so we had to use the Keurig. The couches look 20+ years old. No outdoor shower. The grill was absolutely disgusting and we spent an hour cleaning it before we could use it. The elevator was nice to have. Our 8th year to NC beaches and the most we paid for just an average house.

Wonderful and fast service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was a great rental for the price! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The deck and pool area was a big hit! Beach Realty and the owners quickly took care of any issue we called about (elevator and internet). We did have issues with the tv’s in the bedrooms not working, but we did not call about them or need them! The location was perfect and if we were coming back next year, we would have re-booked!
