Amazing Stay

Great getaway

Myrtle Beach resort is a great family place offering a beach front pool, kiddie pools and rain trees, a lazy river, ocean front refreshement bar and easy access to and from the beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly and our condo was clean and in good working order. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful room and beautiful view!

My family and I loved this condo. Everything was very nice and super clean. The view from the balcony was incredible. We would definitely stay here again. Patrick was very nice and answered all of me and my husband's questions. I would recommend this condo to all my friends.

Beautiful area

Beautiful area, condo was nice except it was listed as being able to sleep 6 people, however the pull out couch was not good! No way anyone could sleep on it, springs and bars in your back, not to mention your head was way lower then your feet. Otherwise it would be okay for 4 people.

Good Value Condo

Nice condo but the guest bath could have been cleaned better. One patio door is completely broken and the second door was difficult to operate and with that view I wanted to be out there as much as possible. The condo kitchen is well stocked and we cooked there a few times. I'd book again.

Family friendly

This property was super clean and cozy. Being on the top floor was perfect for no noise above us. Great to have a near end unit right on the beach and next to pool. Parking was tough at times as there were often no spots near our unit. The condo itself didn't have a washer dryer so bring quarters for building shared washer/dryer. Condo did not have any board games/cards/puzzles so bring something for rainy days. We had a great stay for 7 days.

Very nice

This was the second time staying in this unit. The location is great, the beach is wonderful as well as the pools. Really nice for a family with younger kids. Mine love the kid pool with lazy river, etc. The building and the unit themselves could use some updating. The floors feel grimey and dirty and the carpet should really be replaced, it’s very dirty and matted down. They just didn’t feel clean but everything else was perfect.

No complaints, the location was great, the cleanliness was great, the price was great. Overall this vacation was awesome. The only suggestion that I would make is that we noticed some units have the keyless entries on the doors that would have made it a bit easier without worrying about the keys all week. But still not an issue. Great , great vacation.

With alittle TLC, this would be the perfect spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We fell in love upon arriving to this unit! The condo was clean, and the balcony view is just perfect. However, once settling, we found some issues. For one, thankfully we took extra bath towels and wash clothes, bc there defn wasn’t enough for 6 people. Also, we only had one dish cloth, and one washing cloth in the kitchen, and needed a few more. We knew toliteries were just enough to get us thru the first night, so that wasn’t a problem. The guest bath tub wouldn’t drain the first two days, someone came out to look at it, and I explained the lever to plug up and unplug the drain wouldn’t work. He didn’t really answer me, or look at the lever, and from that point on the rest of the week the bathtub wouldn’t hold water for a bath at all. The pressure and hot water in the master bath was near to nothing. Also, ALL of the matresses need to be replaced very badly!! We were all in pain all week bc they were so awful. Both twin beds leaned inward causing you to roll off the bed if you weren’t careful, and the springs in two were awful. We highly considered leaving friday, just so we didn’t have to sleep on the beds again. We truly loved this condo!! If the water issues were fixed and matresses were replaced, we would truly make this our yearly condo every year!!

So, they say check in was at 4 and we got there and it wasn’t even cleaned yet. We didn’t end up getting into the condo until closer to 6. Yes , I get being under staffed but 2 hours after we checked in we were actually able to get into our condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 2:30 7/16 for check-in at 3:00. We obtained keys & were told we could move in. However; the cleaning wasn't not finished, nor was anyone there to clean the unit. We contacted the manager on duty in the Myrtle Beach Mgmt office & we were told he would check. After waiting & actually returning to the office to see the manager in person ,we were able to unpack the car & enter at 530, while the cleaners were there working. The group of 3 persons cleaning were diligent, apologetic & working rapidly. The realty manager came by, but did not speak to us. We took possession at 6pm, 3 hours later than we planned & contracted. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen, clean, very comfortable & cool. The primary bed was very comfortable. There weren't any further problems, but overall, the check-in experience was too dramatic a beginning to our vacation. The return trip to the management office actually involved a kicked office chair. (Not by us) We have been to Myrtle Beach Resort previously & enjoy the location, the pools & the amenities. Overall, the hallways & elevators could use a thorough scrubbing & cleaning. Again, once we were past the checking-in aggravation, it was a nice week.

Fun stay!

We had a great time here! The location was great, right on the beach and the pools were wonderful. A great time with little kids. I will say that the building itself could use a little updating and TLC and the floors felt and were dirty but otherwise we would definitely stay here again.

I wish I had known what to bring to maximize my kids' enjoyment. We brought tubes but they are not allowed. A boogie board is a must. We bought one at the local Wal-Mart. The hallways are very grungy, they need to be redone. Parking is a hassle, but the staff are very nice.

We actually brought an air mattress which allowed us to house 2 adults and 5 kids. The unit is on the top floor but there are several elevators to use. There are also carts on the premises to ease loading and unloading. I would definitely stay here again!
