Peaceful Solara is a beautiful vacation rental home located at Solara Resort just 10 miles from Disney® theme parks.

The great room includes a living area with comfy seating before a wall-mounted TV. A formal dining table seats 8, while there is additional bar stool seating for 4 by the kitchen counter. The kitchen itself comes with all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped so you can enjoy home-cooked meals or reheat and store take-out.

If you love spending time poolside, this is the home for you! The entire lanai and oversized pool deck area are screened in to let the sun in while keeping bugs out. There are plenty of sun loungers to go around, and if you prefer the shade, there is a lounge area in the lanai with plenty of seating. There is also a dining table for 8 where you can enjoy meals al fresco. The spillover spa is a perfect place to relax in the cool evening after adventuring the Orlando theme parks.

The garage has been converted into a game room with a foosball table, an arcade Atari game, and a pop-a-shot basketball. If you wish to relax before a favorite movie away from it all, there is a comfy wrap-around couch on the second-floor landing with a large wall-mounted TV.

There are four rooms with king-size beds, one downstairs and the rest upstairs. A children's themed room has a full/twin bunk bed, while a second kid's room has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have their TVs, and there is a laundry room available with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Max of 4 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
