Maria made everything so easy, I would definitely book her condo again. Everything about the condo was great and the location was excellent. It was close enough to places but was quiet. We loved our stay. The only downside, the pool was cloudy and the filter system didn't seem to work properly.

This is a lovely condo right on our favorite beach! Well furnished and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Well priced, and worth a stay with family and friends.

Glorious

We went to relax and chill and that’s what we had. Beautiful sunset. Quiet beaches. Restaurant across the street. Within walking distance to many shops . I had as my granddaughter says”The best stay ever” I will definitely book again.

Great Family Location

Excellent location for families to relax and catch phenomenal sunsets. If you’re looking for more commercialized space both Maderia Beach and Clearwater beach are in short proximities.

Great view from the balcony.

The condo met our needs perfectly. There were 5 of us, 4 being women & we all were able to work in the kitchen at 1 time with plenty of room. When not on the beach, we spent most of the time on the balcony enjoying the view. We would totally recommend this location !

Great Location and co do unit.

Very nice condo that is well furnished and supplied. Fabulous beach, views and location. Owner is good to work with and communicates well. There was pool and landscape renovation while we were there but it should be complete soon.

A perfect beachfront getaway!

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with the most breathtaking view we’ve ever had. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. The condo itself was beautifully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. It was the perfect fit for our family of five, including our three young boys, who absolutely loved having the beach just steps away. Maria was a fantastic host—kind, accommodating, and attentive. We’re so grateful she shared her little paradise with us. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to return one day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

Perfect family vaca spot

Absolutely loved staying at Maria's condo! It was the perfect vacation spot for my husband and our little ones. My 2 month old always fell asleep when we sat outside on the balcony listening to the ocean. The views are spectacular and the grounds are very well maintained including the pool and entrance to the beach. This condo was the cleanest beach place I have ever stayed in and it had everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots and pans and nice appliances. The bathrooms were updated well and very clean. And I appreciated that the beds were pretty comfortable considering we were staying for a week. I had such a good time that I want to book again for next year!

Excellent Gulf front condo

My family and I have stayed at various condos in the Florida and Myrtle Beach, SC, areas for many years. This condo is one of the cleanest and most well-equipped of them all. We have never returned to the same condo in the past but would definitely return to this one in the future.

Amazing April vacation!

Maria was fantastic - helped along the way with any concerns with VRBO. Description is accurate however I would say one bedroom has 2 double beds vs the twins described. That was a bonus for our family to have kids in separate beds. Beds are comfy and bedding is lovely. Lots of towels and beach towels, chairs and an umbrella! The condo itself had everything! Cleaning supplies, sugar, spices, everything. There is plenty of space and the building itself is very nice with pool and hot tub. Parking is just outside of the entrance. The area of Indian Shores has everything you need restaurants, bar, pharmacy and then 12 minutes away a large WalMart and Publix 8 minutes away. We will be back next year with certainty!

Great Beachfront Condo

Beautiful,well- equipped clean condominium. Three bedrooms offered plenty of room for friends and family to visit. Coffee, cocktails and meals were all enjoyed daily from the balcony. Direct beachfront location was amazing for beach walks and enjoying the gulf. Heated pool and hot tub a bonus. Extremely convenient location to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We chose this property because of the reviews mentioning Maria’s care and attention to detail and our trip exceeded our expectations! This was our kids first time visiting a beach and seeing an ocean so emotions were running high. Nothing happened during our stay that dampened our spirits and the only thing damp was our eyes as we left. The access to the beach is so wonderful. The kids also loved the pool when they tired of the waves. Everything in the condo was as advertised and we had zero issues. We’re so thankful for such a wonderful experience and will look to return to Maria’s place in the future.

We wanted to be away from the chaos of Clearwater Beach, and the location of this condo was perfect for that. Great restaurants nearby and a gorgeous beach right out back. Would definitely stay again.
