We loved it!!!

We had a wonderful time. The tv had an issue and they immediately had someone come up and fix it. The view was amazing. There were five of us and the apartment had plenty of room. We will return.

Enjoying a little break

The Phoenix VII is very nice, has plenty of elevators and a nice pool area. The room that we stayed in was clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture needs to be updated, the chair will turn over and drop you in the floor, there are 2 of the 4 screws missing from the base and the couch is uncomfortable. Everything else was very nice and accommodating. The beach chair employee "Matthew" was above and beyond in assisting and taking care of his customers.

Bed was broken on arrival. Wasn’t fixed until next day, due to shortage of maintenance crew. Up keep if property could be better. Other than that, property was good.

Nice Condo

The unit was average, but we really enjoyed our stay. It had all the necessary appliances, including a regular coffee pot and Keriug. There is absolutely no food there. Not even salt or pepper. It was very clean, except the floors really needed to be mopped. Our biggest let down was the living area furniture. It was very uncomfortable and kind of worn. The beds were comfortable.

Great views

This unit has a great view of the beach!! However, The unit was outdated and lacked some essential kitchen items like a whisk, and things like a roll of toilet paper, a spray cleaner, hand soap,etc. There was some sort of smear on the bathroom wall. The beach items were broken and the chaise on the balcony was torn. I wish there would have been a bar height table outside because sitting low, the railing blocks the view. If they removed the clutter of decor we would have had more room.

Great family gettaway

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. The view is perfect. The master bedroom has a bathroom/sliding glass door to balcony. Bed is big and comfortable. There is another bedroom on the other side of the apartment, at the entrance with its own bathroom. 2 queen sized beds. There is a washer/dryer in the hall. The living room has a pull out couch, large but not very comfortable. 4 seater glass table with 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. There is a wicker lounge chair which isn’t very comfortable. The kitchen is basic has most of everything but there was no salt/pepper and no dish soap at all. I thought that was silly since you are supposed to leave with all dishes clean. So we had to buy some. They do leave you with 1 packet for one load of the dishwasher and a new dish sponge and a few dish towels. There are 2 types of coffee machines. A Kuerig and a regular. We bought our own filters and coffee. So it was great they had the option of the 2. But again you have to bring your own supplies. They do have paper towels. No foil/plastic wrap/ziplock bags. Bring those if you will need that. There’s toilet paper. The place was clean/neat on arrival. My one complaint-the floors, they look clean from far but far from clean. I read that in the reviews so I was prepared. We wore sandals the whole time inside. So make sure to wear house slippers or your feet will get really dirty. The floor needs a real good scub! Balcony -table/4 chairs. It was very sticky so i cleaned it.

Great unit!

This was a great vacation property. The rental unit was nice and had everything we needed. A few things to fix. 1) The toilet seat in the master bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. But after the cleaning crew cleaned it for us, it turned out to be a really nasty stain on the seat. Just buy a new toilet seat. 2) The couch was not really comfortable. It would have been nice to enjoy sitting on the couch. 3) The tile floors are in desperate need of a good mopping or a professional cleaning. The floors had been swept clean but after walking around a little while barefoot, our feet were turning black.

Great

All was great except just a few things. The kitchen lights took forever to turn on/warm up. The chair was torn and stained. The ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work.

A great beach front location

I appreciate the chance to give this feedback. A few issues. 2 keys are not enough for 4 adults. An electronic key pad are becoming the standard these days. The door lock and knob were very difficult to manipulate. The floors were filthy grimy. The kitchen was perfectly equiped with very nice pans. The view was unbeatable. The lobby and beach access were great. The multiple hoses for cleaning the feet were appreciated. Overall a great vacation!! Thanks

Great Family Vacation

We were pleased with the location and the beach was great. The outdoor pool was not heated, could have been warmer. The condo was great. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay.

Had a nice stay. Overall was a great experience. Only knock on the unit we rented was the tile floor was in bad need of mopping. Our feet got almost black from walking around the unit barefooted. Other that that everything was great.

Beautiful beach view and family oriented

This is a nice condo overlooking the beach and pool. Everyone was very helpful and this complex was so family friendly. We had a great vacation. The first room with the double beds needs thicker curtains - the sheers did not block out the outdoor security light or morning sunshine. Hard when you have young children.
