Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 50 is a GOLD Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has a delightful décor. It includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 504 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including a wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, stocked drawers and all you need to enjoy dining at home. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Brand new flat screen SMART TVs can be found in both bedrooms. The living room also features a brand new, whopping 82†flat screen SMART TV with wireless access to log into your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Apple TV as well as free cable. Please remember to log out of your accounts prior to departure. A telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities, there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 504 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 504 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, NO pets allowed. Limit to two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Great room

The most stocked vrbo I've ever stayed in. We cook a lot, and the kitchen had everything except a sheet pan for toast( we bought one and left there). So many kitchen supplies we didn't need anything else. There were also plenty of things there for the beach, including chairs, toys, and a canopy. The living room has lots of sitting room. The big tv and large comfy sofa made my husband a fan. The balcony is big with plenty of seating. The property is clean and only steps from the beach which is nice with toddlers. I do wish the pool had umbrellas by the chairs, because the tiki huts get taken very early so not a lot of shade at the pool otherwise. Parking was outside, but easy to get in and out and close to the elevator. The condo was great, other than the master bedroom was a little warm at night compared to the rest of the condo.We will take our fan next time, because the ceiling fan doesn't put out much air. Also, the internet service was spotty all week , so there was a fair amount of buffering when trying to stream at night. There is only 1 elevator, so there's a wait to get up to your room. Plenty of restaurants close by. The Conch Republic was good and you can reserve a table and there's plenty of parking. St John's pass is only few miles away with lots of eating and shops. We'd definitively stay here again if we return to Indian Shores. Attached is a pic of the beach from the pool chair.. really close

Great vacation spot!!!

To start off, the condo was nice and spacious! The maintenance man was friendly and responded quickly when we needed assistance. The main downside was that the pool was closed during our stay, but management offered alternative options, which made it more than acceptable. The view was absolutely spectacular, and the chairs on the balcony made it the perfect place to relax.Pros:•Beautiful balcony and view•Spacious layout•Comfortable seating•Convenient location•Fast response to any issuesCons:•The master bathroom and closet doors didn’t close securely•Sheets felt similar to hospital bedding•The rinse-off station near the beach/pool wasn’t working, so sand ended up in the elevator and lobbyAll in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this condo to anyone considering it.

Awesome getaway

We loved this unit! The location was wonderful and close by to great restaurants and views were spectacular from balcony. The unit had great accommodations. The living area has wonderful seating for lounging and sitting on balcony. My only suggestion would be to have a side chair in each bedroom for sitting down in front of mirrors to do hair and makeup and luggage racks to handle multiple suitcases. Other than that, awesome accomodations. Will definitely be back to this unit and property!!!

Wonderful

Our family stayed at JC resort for 1 week and had an amazing time. The hurricane wiped out the pool, so we were unable to use. But the neighboring resort kindly allowed us to use their pool, which made me kids very happy. The room was great. Would benefit from having a few more kid friendly amenities, like games, drinking cups and maybe a step stool for the high sinks. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at the Sand Dollar, apt 504. The apartment was large and clean. The view was spectacular. We would love to stay here again.

Great Find

We loved our stay at this beach condo. The condo is very well kept. I loved the the cute patio furniture on the balcony. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo which was one of the main reasons we booked it. We have already booked our vacation for next year here.

Great value at the Sand Dollar

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. The unit we were in was nicely appointed, recently updated and we loved the porch. The sunsets were mesmerizing. The heated pool was very enjoyable as was the hot tub (it was almost too hot!). The pool area got very crowded and there wasn't enough tables with shade available. Beach access was great and there were great bars and dining very close. Biggest drawback was the elevator. One elevator for 60 units and it was slow as molassis. There are stairwells, but my wife is recovering from 4 hip surgeries in the past year, so they weren't an option. They should put benches by the elevator doors on each level. All in all, very nice place and would recommend staying there.

Nice family place. Had to drive to local stores, restaurants, etc. Everyone was very friendly. Beach was beautiful and not crowded!!
