Deceptive

Property was dirty and didn't feel like it was cleaned. Beware there are ticks in the woods. There is another property right next to this one and if you are booking the same time you will have direct neighbors. There was an $89 refundable fee on vrbo when property management setup but now refuses to refund me saying it is non-refundable. Would not go back.

Not once did we receive a phone call, text message or email from guest. I have photo album of home cleaned time marked and stamped that it was immaculate. Every rental has a non-refundable 89.00 insurance policy, not a security deposit and is written every where. He is the first to ever complain. The other cottage is 250 feet away and woods in between.

Heaven on Earth!

I was looking to get away from everyday life and my son came from the Navy to stay with us for the few weeks. Since it got very hot in NJ , I decided to find a spot that would be beautiful and worth to splurge. This cabin was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We actually wanted to purchase it! Standing by the large creek away from the roads and neighbors, facing the magical woods. We expected to travel around Pocono but this place gave us everything we needed. We stayed the hole time in the cabin and went out only for food shopping. It just too beautiful to leave. If you are looking for space to read, draw, collect your thoughts or even relax in the nature, this is the house to book. We saw beautiful butterflies, dragonflies funny squirrels . If you don't like bugs, this is not really a place for you. Because it is in the middle of the forest and it has water around it, there are plenty of all types of bugs. I will definitely come back some day. I want to see it in the fall.
