Kihei rental

Family vacation on Maui for a week. Great beach days, with a lot of supplies provided ar the rental unit to utilize. Had a great time overall.

Nice quiet condo, super close to the beach!

Overall had a great time. 1 king bed, 2 single beds, and a sofa pullout queen bed. 2 minute walk from Kamaole 2 (or was it 3?) beach. Can even see the sunset from the balcony :)

Family Vacation

No problems. Unit was well stocked with basics and many extras for beach play. Location is excellent for base camp to explore other areas of Maui.

Nice place directly across the beach, located close to stores and restaurants. Swimming pool and BBQ area on property with assigned parking stalls. No A/C but ceiling and floor fans in every room that kept us cool. Kitchen, laundry and many other extras inside unit. Overall experience was perfect for our family.

Beautiful place for a family

Easy check in process. Loves the view from the lanai. Quiet complex. The washer and dryer were a very nice amenity. We had a faucet start leaking profusely, we were able to reach the property manager right away and Lisa had a crew in there do fix it within a couple hours so it didn’t impact our trip at all. Love that they had a chest of supplies like boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, and flippers. Beds were comfortable and very thankful for all the fans they were very helpful aince the unit does not have AC.

We did have some little roaches called the property management and they brought traps right away but overall it was a great place to stay and look forward to coming back here.

Location location location

We love Maui Parkshore. Yes there is a busy road in between you and an awesome kid/family/swim/ snorkel/boogie board/sunset FRIENDLY beach. Huge lawn area with great swings too!. They have made it MUCH SAFER to cross the road by putting in blinking lights(all down KiHei road)This units lanai is awesome and the owners have provided all the chairs and boards and beach towels you need for a day at the beach. We cooked dinner every night at the communal BBQ and played shuffleboard while it cooked. A great time!!!! even saw an electric bike parade one night( it was Aloha Festival Week)

But we did not stay in the room all that much, as the beach is across the street. The fridge would close all the way so we propped it shut with a chair to keep everything cold. We also did see two bugs/roaches in the condo, but everything was clean.

the view was great, but the condo needed a lot of cleaning, it was dusty and there were cockroaches even in the bathrooms. if you are looking for a clean nice place do not stay here. the pool area was good but you cannot have any fun, no toys, no noise, no music all of the pool rules were a little too much plus the manager is not very nice either, he was rude and disrespectful. With no AC in the unit and no very good fans it got pretty hot, not recommended for senios and kids it was very uncomfortable not having AC and good fans.

Right cross the street is the beach, even have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, would surprise you with lots of stuff. Beware- the balcony is SO amazing that you can see the sunset :) I was afraid of no AC, but totally fine with ceiling funs. One of my favorite Airbnb stays of all time! Can't wait to come back.

Maui winter vacation

Family of four from Cape Cod, Mass. had an amazing two week stay in this conveniently located condo overlooking the beach. Having such a great home base to explore the island was so great. Washer and dryer was key, the two bedroom/two bathroom set up was perfect with two twins in the second bedroom for our teenagers. Sitting on the lanai watching the sun brighten the sky every morning was so peaceful and then watching the sunset right across the way was a real treat. The property was very attentively maintained which was nice to see. Walking the one minute across the street to the beach to swim or snorkel with turtles and watch the whales was just perfect. My only wish was that the mattresses and pillows were updated and more comfortable but everything else was wonderful.

Kihei beach condo

Excellent location and great room set up for family of four including two teens - one boy, one girl. Just a walk across to the beach, walkable access to food and shops. The property was well maintained with lots of ameneties. We loved sitting on the lanai in the early morning watching the sky brighten and for a private view of the beautiful sunset. Happy to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen as well as two full bathrooms. The ONE AND ONLY drawback were that the bed mattresses were not very comfortable. All in all it was a great family vacation in a beautiful place!

Excellent accommodations in the south end of Kihei

Excellent accommodations in the south end of Kihei. Two bedroom two bath perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen has enough to make meals for our family of 5 so we didn’t need to go out every night. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to Kihei activities and directly across the street from Kamaole III beach which was perfect for the kids. Great ocean, and Molokini crater views from the balcony and beach. Definitely a great place to stay. Property manager is not a very friendly person to interact with, and rules for the pool are kind of ridiculous. Outside of that, a terrific place to stay!

Great Condo- great location!

Been here 7 weeks 6 weeks excellent weather 1 week weather warnings. Accomadations Very comfortable hope to return next year. One thing Missing is a tv in the master bedroom.
