Sentarse en su terraza y disfrutar de las vistas frente al mar que le hará sentirse como si estuviera sentado en el agua. Este apartamento del tercer piso tiene un dormitorio y un baño. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el salón tiene un sofá cama plegable, permitiendo esta unidad para dar cabida a un máximo de cuatro (4) personas. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great all the “ little extras” in the room for us to use like beach towels, chairs, boogie boards etc made it a great experience for all of us. The condo was clean, neat and tidy, the Hawaiian decor and furniture was really nice. Parking was easy and accessible, great location to visit the tourist attractions throughout the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a sweet little place that we enjoyed being for the week we spent in Maui. Sitting on the lanai and listening to the waves was honestly my favorite part of our vacation, it was so peaceful!Everything was in good working condition. The pool and hot tub were great. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only tiny thing that wasn’t perfect was the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty, and the replacement sheets we found to put on were very stained. Other than that the condo was very clean and provided every we needed. We would certainly stay there again!

Cannot keep that clean on a sand beach. And the outdoor beach chairs were not usable- rusted and falling apart. Should also be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for a week in august. We very much enjoyed our stay! The view and the just steps away from the beach was our favorite! The condo had all the supplies we needed and more! We recommend going to the condo first before shopping as you might be surprised of the things that are located in the unit that you don’t have to purchase. We also recommend utilizing the barbecues next to the pool. We only cooked outside once, and we regretted not doing it more often. It met our expectations and we had a fabulous time in Maui! P.S. My personal recommendation is to go to Foodland to do your shopping. They have so many local dishes/ingredients. I went to Safeway and I wish I would not have because I can go to Safeway anytime.

Not happy with stay amenities

I should be given half the credit of the stay as i send several email for washer not working, internet not working, television were so slow that it took ages to launch app. Night lamps and bed had so much dust that we got allergies.

January 2020 Stay

Located near the access of South Kihei ans Piilani highway, this property is very accessible from multiple directions. This location makes the road noise much quieter than on the main drag of S Kihei. Piilani highway grants quick access to S Kihei road at multiple locations a lot faster than S Kihei road. A benefit of this condo in particular is AC (I do not know about other condos in this complex). This allows you to have a nice cross breeze during the day and AC at night so the waves are muted while you sleep. The single bedroom is on the highway side, not the beach side. We will return to this property in the future.

Will not go through VRBO again.

Will not go through VRBO again. This rental did not meet our expectations. Photo showed a nice patio set up but when we arrived the table and chairs were literally falling apart. Dust everywhere, had to wash anything used in kitchen since it was obviously not clean, dishes left in dishwasher, check in process was not friendly and never got a packet of info only code to restroom and pool. We visit Sugar Beach resort twice a year for a couple weeks but won’t go through VRBO again. Please take me off your email list. Thank you!

January 2018 Stay

This has been amazing. Beautiful and quiet location, with easy access to everything. We will miss the incredible sunsets and relaxing sounds of waves breaking. Truly paradise. Can't wait to come back.
