Mixed bag…

I can see all the upgrades that the owner has invested in. I appreciated the little details like the snacks & wine. The house is fully stocked and was clean. The drawback is the neighborhood and the yard is overgrown and is in desperate need of TLC. There is also a mosquito problem in the house and needs pest control. Overall we enjoyed our time in Payson and appreciated the owners efforts. I hope my constructive feedback about the yard and pests gets addressed, I realize there is nothing they can do about the neighborhood.

Chris, We're happy that you can see the upgrades that we have done, we want to make this a home away from home. We enjoy leaving little treats for you to enjoy so that you can relax and unwind. - We have had an unusual amount of rain this year which could be why the grass is a little taller than normal. We do have the lawn maintenance every month to keep it under control - The rain could also be why there seem to have been more mosquitos than we've experienced. We will leave out some citronella candles and repellant to see if that helps control them - We are also looking into adding ultrasonic control lites We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Payson Getaway

The communication with the property manager started upon booking via email and then via phone/text the day of check-in. All the communication was great as the property manager was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. The property is in a quiet friendly neighborhood just a little ways off from downtown Payson. All the amenities in the property were clean, operable and convenient. All the rooms have A/C which was very nice during the warm time of the day. We also had a small dog with us, which is initially what drew us to the property. The front and back yard are fenced, do it was very convenient for us not to have to board our dog. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great cabin not to be overlooked

This was our fourth VRBO while waiting for our home to be finished and it was wonderful. The communication with the owner started early and was just great. The cabin is in a quiet friendly neighborhood off the beaten path but still in Payson. The kitchen was great and the outside grill was like new. If you have dogs you’ll love it - the yard is fenced all the way around the house and there’s covered parking for one car. The AC was good on a few of the hot humid days but at night we opened the windows for cool air. Thank you!

Payson Cottage

Clean and well equipped. All the amenities and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Curb appeal could be better and outside spaces were lacking. Would have liked to spend more time outdoors. Sleeping 6 is a stretch...one bed was in the dining room!

Great stay in Payson

The owner Tim was great. He was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was very comfortable and we’d definitely stay again. We enjoyed some of the wine and snacks that Tim made available which was a great touch. Also if you are looking for a good restaurant try Duza’s.

Alpha bidet

It was a perfect day for two weeks with some coworkers while working in the Payson area. The accommodations were awesome and the place was perfectly located. It also came equipped with an alpha bidet. It was a heated toilet seat that also cleaned your bum after a stinky bowel movement. Absolutely incredible and made the stay even better.

House was cute and clean, but there was no central heat and the little space heater did not work. My kids and I were FREEZING. I emailed the host several times and never received a response. We won’t be returning.

My husband and I were very comfortable in this cozy home. It was very clean and had all necessary kitchenware. We loved that the yard is fenced in and the neighbors are friendly.

I wasn't a fan of the smells of the house, seemed like it was previously owned by a smoker. But overall it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean! Enjoyed our stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for us. Kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked with everything! We stayed here for an extended weekend and enjoyed the hiking trails in the area and the short drive to Woods Canyon lake was well worth it!!! Fishing at Woods Canyon was better than at the lakes in the Pinetop area.
