Our cottage is the perfect getaway for families or couples & friends that want some time away. Perfectly situated minutes from the beautiful freshwater beach and a short walk to the boardwalk on Main Street, you can spend your Summer alongside the crowd shopping, on patios eating and drinking or enjoying the spectacular one-of-a-kind sunsets on a romantic evening stroll.

Our spacious cottage sleeps up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room, large backyard with outdoor fire pit and charcoal Kamado Grill. If you rather stay indoors you can stream your devices through our WIFI, watch Netflix on our large smart TV or the kids can keep busy in our games room. If you decide to come to Sauble Beach during the cooler months our cottage is a 4 season equipped cottage (a great place for you to spend the holidays).

To accommodate families with kids and groups we have minimized the bedrooms and added more beds. We decided to remove the furniture and décor for more space so that our guests can bring their luggage, children's items such as cribs and other items. In addition to the multiple beds, each room will have a dresser and closet with storage space so you unpack and settle right in for your stay.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide blankets, duvets, or towels during your stay. We kindly request you to bring your own as needed. This decision was made due to the challenges associated with washing and maintaining such large quantities, as we offer a variety of sleeping options with a total of 6 beds. Nevertheless, we do ensure that each bed is set up with freshly washed sheets and pillows for your comfort.

To ensure your booking is valid and payments are secure-only book directly with VRBO as we are not listing with any affiliate sites or property management companies.

In accordance to the bi-law set by South Bruce Peninsula our property can host a MAXIMUM of 6 adults. If you are travelling with children under the age of 12 (3 additional) are permitted.
ALL BOOKINGS COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2022 WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A MUNICIPALITY ACCOMIDATION TAX (MAT 4%). THIS TAX IS MANDITORY AND A REQUIREMENT FOR COTTAGES IN THE SAUBLE BEACH AREA. WE HAVE INCLUDED THE MAT TAX INTO THE PER-NIGHT RATE AND WE WILL SUBMIT AMOUNTS COLLECTED ON YOUR BEHALF TO THE TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA. By-Law 30-2021

Location is great for spending family holidays near Sauble Beach area. We had a wonderful time staying at this place which has all the facilities needed for an enjoyable family holidays including a well stocked (utensils) kitchen, outdoor fireplace, grill etc. The hosts were very responsive and caring about guests' comfort and we felt like staying at a close relative's place.

Amazing getaway weekend

Lovely house rental

We had a lovely 2-night stay in Sauble Beach! The rental was spacious, clean, and super comfortable—just a 10-minute walk to the shore. The fire pit was perfect for marshmallows and late-night hotdogs, and we appreciated that the host provided firewood. I had a quick question about the grill and the host responded right away, which was much appreciated! The only thing my teen boys wished for was a better ping-pong table—the netting was too loose to get a good bounce. If the games room had a proper table, it would take the fun factor to the next level. We’d definitely stay here again!

A Nice Stay

The cottage was clean and a 10 minute walk to the beach. However for those who are noise sensitive, the portable air conditioning units were loud and the property backs onto a well-travelled road. The host Huma was very helpful and available. The beach was gorgeous, so a wonderful vacation overall.

Great host! This cottage was true to the listing. Communication was a breeze. This cottage was perfect for our family. Plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach and very close to all other amenities. The cottage was clean and roomy. Kids loved the games room and tv when not at the beach. We will be back !

Amazing!!

We had an amazing time at the cottage. The property management was very friendly and catered to all our needs. The neighborhood and the property was very clean and well kept. Our family loved the backyard and the bag of fire wood that was provided, it was the cherry on top!! We defiantly will be returning. Highly recommended!!

Incredible experience!

Run, don’t walk, for the ultimate experience at this lovely cottage. The owners of the cottage were extremely accommodating and very lovely to deal with. The pictures of this cottage, don’t do it justice. My husband and I, brought our family this weekend, for 3 nights, and I cried when it was time to leave. This space, is truly a little slice of heaven, and the owners could not have been any better. Thank you so much again, for sharing this space with us. It was an incredible weekend, and many memories were made.

Stay was great but we had to take our own garbage at the end of our stay to a different place which is 8 minutes drive from the stay and i found that a little awkward . There’s mosquitos outside as soon as it gets dark so I wouldn’t doing barbecue after 9pm . Other than that , over all experience was great .

Hi Tenzin, Thank you for your 5 star review. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy about the disposal of the garbage so I would like to be as transparent as possible. When we charge a cleaning fee the payment collected goes solely to the cleaners who turnover the house, wash linens as well as an intensive disinfecting protocol. We want to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible and want to be fair. Since our cottage is quite large some groups will have longer stays and more to dispose, so rather than add it to the cleaning fee we decided to ask guests to take care of it. The removal of waste (being the guests responsibility) is listed in our house rules which would show prior to all bookings. I am happy you had a great stay otherwise and would gladly to host you again. Huma

Well appointed kitchen , lots of space Everyone should know there is no central air , just portable air units in each bedroom, very noisy , keeps waking you up , and if you shut them off, and open the windows ?, you have the loud noise from the highway at the back of the house ….. other than that ? I still say 5 star … that’s only an issue in hot weather 13 min walk from beach , and 10mins from main strip We didn’t think that we unlocked the front door on arrival ? tried several times , till we realized , after putting in the code … the door needs a big shove ….. it’s super sticky , that needs to be fixed Not a big fan of the charcoal bbq , as we tried , but being a newby? It took way longer for the coals to get hot , than the video’s info …… I feel this bbq is to prevent owners from buying propane ….. a very specific bbq that I feel needs experience Still tons of space , and a great place

Thank you so much for the 10/10 rating. When I bought the cottage, it didn’t have air conditioning—the previous owners would just let the breeze in through open windows to enjoy. I installed window units myself because I wanted guests to be comfortable. I consulted with contractors, but without a basement, installing central air would require a major renovation that isn’t feasible for me. For future guests: I’m transparent about this and window air conditioners are listed under the amenities. Regarding the barbecue, I want to clarify your misunderstanding. The grill is a Vision Grill Kamado, which costs about 3x more than a propane grill. If avoiding offering fuel was truly our goal, we wouldn’t be purchasing lump charcoal and leaving it for guests. So, the idea that we’re trying to dodge anything simply isn’t accurate. We chose this grill because it really enhances the cottage experience with its unique flavour and atmosphere. For future guests: I provide a short video, step-by-step instructions, and tips for using it. Trust me, you will really enjoy it.

Spacious, homey house and most gracious hostess.

I am a person who “feels” a home or a place where I will stay. I had good vibes when I saw the house from the outside and it felt warm inside. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. A home away from home. Huma is a very gracious and caring hostess/owner. She checked in on us on the first day and accommodated my numerous requests. She did not say no immediately, rather, reviewed the request to see if it could be done and came back with an answer without delay. The beds are firm and we all had a good night’s rest after a long and tiring day outside having fun! There are two full bathrooms that has everything from soap to toilet paper to lotion, towels, toothbrush set. The bathroom upstairs have two showers. The bathroom downstairs also has a shower, so bathing was never a competition for time. The location is a short and enjoyable walk to the part of the beach that was not crowded, and we were close enough to the eateries. The house was very easy to find and even if it backed onto the Sauble Falls Parkway there was never any noise that interrupted our sleep. I highly recommend Huma’s place to vacationers looking for a quiet and restful place to stay at Sauble Beach while dealing with a caring and gracious owner/hostess. Thank you, Huma!

A great stay!!

Saima and Huma are the best host! We stayed at their cottage at Sauble Beach during the Thanksgiving long weekend. They were so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We had a great stay and many wonderful memories with family and friends there. The cottage was cozy, clean and spacious. Our Kids had lots of fun using the game rooms. Big TV, high internet speed, grill and the fire pit, everything was perfect. Great location, a few mins walk to the beach and lots of fun to explore at the surround area. We highly recommend the cottage and look forward to come back next summer.

Amazing property in the quiet neighbourhood

Our experience at the house was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming and were available right away for any questions. The house had everything required for our stay. It was a relaxing stay. You can find all amenities in the nearby within less than five minutes drive.

Fabulous!!

We absolutely loved this cottage!! I literally contacted the owners re. booking for next year on our drive home!! The cottage itself is tastefully decorated, cozy and spacious... lots of room to relax, play, eat and sleep for 6 adults plus kids... if you choose to bring yours!... we didnt. :-D. The outdoor property is also quite large.... lots of room to set up outdoor games... have a fire (there's a great fire pit with string lights), enjoy a tea (or wine!) on the back deck and a picnic table area for eating. Also... LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! A quick 8min walk to the main beach stretch and the food/bar/shops area! And last, bit certainly not least.... the owners are so friendly, kind and fabulous with their communication!! We highly recommend this cottage to families or friends! :)

Cozy cottage very close to Main Strip

The cottage is within walking distance from the beach, convenience store, grocery store, LCBO and many other restaurants and stores by the strip. The cottage itself is modernized and nicely decorated with a great firepit, deck and back patio. Saima, who corresponded with me during our trip, was very pleasant and helpful, and always available for communication should you need any help. Cleaning supplies, hand towels and other kitchen supplies were readily available, and the internet speed is great! (Can't forget to mention the large TV in the living room!)

This is our family owned cottage, we love the beach and we are glad to be able to share it with you. We try our best to come as often as we can, leaving our busy life in the GTA behind.

We fell in love with Sauble the first time we arrived- the friendly people, the beautiful views and the incredible beach.

If I could use one word to describe our place it would be "gather". Each room and space is designed so that you can spend the best of your stay TOGETHER.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Perfectly situated in the heart of Sauble Beach on a large lot surrounded by beautiful mature trees and greenery. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops and beach but far enough from the crowds. Our cottage is private, spacious, updated and well kept. We are a rare find in Sauble with three showers, so no racing to be the first to shower!
