EL AJUSTE
Muscat es uno de los hermosos apartamentos en nuestro exclusivo edificio en la encantadora plaza Place Dauphine. Justo en el corazón de la ciudad, en Ile de la Cité, Place Dauphine es un lugar histórico, construido en 1610 a pedido de Kind Henri IV. Estará rodeado de historia mientras disfruta de todas las comodidades modernas. Hemos remodelado todo el edificio, agregando todo, desde un moderno ascensor y aire acondicionado hasta las cerraduras digitales de mayor seguridad.

EL APARTAMENTO
Ubicado en el primer piso, el Muscat de un dormitorio cuenta con una cómoda cama queen, baño privado, tocador y una cocina totalmente equipada. El apartamento exhibe las increíbles vigas del siglo XVII que crean un toque histórico encantador en este moderno apartamento. Disfruta de una cena romántica en tu casa lejos de casa o acurrúcate, disfruta de un vino francés y disfruta de las escenas parisinas justo afuera de tu ventana.

LA ZONA
Justo afuera de su puerta se encuentra uno de los lugares secretos más codiciados de París, la hermosa Place Dauphine. La plaza está bordeada de edificios históricos de principios del siglo XVII y está llena de árboles y algunos bancos perfectamente ubicados para sentarse y disfrutar del ambiente. También es un lugar popular para que los locales jueguen un juego de petanca, que puedes disfrutar viendo en la plaza o simplemente escuchar el tintineo suave de las bolas de acero utilizadas en el juego tradicional francés desde tu ventana. El área también es popular entre los abogados que trabajan cerca en el Palacio de Justicia, por lo que hay excelentes cafés y restaurantes para disfrutar.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location! Everything was wonderful, loved every minute of our stay. Having a second bathroom and the modern kitchen were great perks. All the recommendations about Paris and the neighborhood were so helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

Great location, with a view

From the property it is very easy to access the left and right bank. The apt functions perfectly for 2 people. Having he 1.5 baths is nice when having guests. It is also nice having the open space and eating establishments adjacent to the apt. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient apartment

This was the most beautiful vacation apartment we’ve stayed in. The bed and furniture were comfortable and everything was clean and working properly. The building was quiet and since there is almost no traffic on the street there wasn’t too much street noise for a city. The kitchen is too small to do much cooking but we were able to have breakfast and a light supper there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was convenient to most tourist areas. And the morning loaf of bread was delicious. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment without hesitation.

“We loved this Apartment. It was in a wonderful location - Our favourite part of Paris and the Apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and there was a well equipped Kitchen. With coffee, wine, bread and jam available on arrival we really felt very welcome. It felt like a very luxurious Apartment and as the weather was not tip top (February) we enjoyed our evenings there - all the appliances were easy to understand and worked with no problems - and there were some nice restaurants right outside our door! We hope to come again in the not too distant future.…”

“First time visiting Europe. We stayed in Paris for 8 nights and 9 days. We were nervous planning where to stay, where to go and what to do. My cousin has stayed at a Paris Perfect apartment in the 7th arondismont and highly recommended the company. Their site is so easy to navigate. I fell in love with a couple of apartments looking at the photos. We researched the Muscat apartment at 25 Dauphine on the Il de la Cite island, in the center of Paris. The owner had you tube videos of their renovation of the 25 Dauphine historic building which they gutted and turned into 6 beautifully decorated apartments. I saw the attention to detail of the design for each apartment from the layout, furniture choice, decor and passion for the project and knew this was the place to stay. For our first time staying in Paris /Europe as an American, it was the best place for us to stay. The apartment was sparkling clean, everything we needed was available, it was central to all the places we visited and coming home each day to our own kitchenette with fresh baguette, cheeses and wine. Apartment aside, Parisperfect also offers their services for almost anything. They arranged our car service to and from the airport, set a phone appointment up months beforehand to discuss what we wanted to see and do and tours we wanted to go on. I would recommend Parisperfect for all the services they offer to all my family and friends. Thank you to the entire team who helped us from the beginning of our planning and now home from Paris wanting to go back. We’ve already started rooking at the London Perfect rentals. ”

Do not look at any other websites, as I've used several companies and keep coming back to Paris Perfect, and will be a continued loyal customer in the future. No other companies come anywhere near this company. They have thought of everything, especially the small things, so that there is hardly anything you need to shop for. Lots of treats to greet you on arrival, - thank you, apartments stunningly decorated, meticulously clean complimented by excellent attentive service from the beginning to the end. A particular thank you to my greeter Virgile - very polite, informative, personable with lots to share if you need to know anything. Only sorry I had to check out, but will be back again next year and the year after that and so on. Thank you very much everyone, and especially Madelyn & Philippe for creating such an experience in such style. Your staff compliment everything with their friendliness & expertise.
