Monbazillac es uno de los hermosos apartamentos en nuestro exclusivo edificio en la encantadora plaza Place Dauphine. Justo en el corazón de la ciudad, en la Ile de la Cité, Place Dauphine es un lugar histórico, construido en 1610 a pedido de Kind Henri IV. Estará rodeado de historia mientras disfruta de todas las comodidades modernas. Hemos remodelado todo el edificio, agregando todo, desde un moderno ascensor y aire acondicionado hasta las cerraduras digitales de mayor seguridad.

Ubicado en el quinto y sexto piso, el ATICO DE UNA HABITACIÓN Monbazillac cuenta con una cómoda cama queen, baño privado, tocador y una cocina totalmente equipada. Disfrute de una cena romántica en su hogar lejos de casa o abra un poco de vino francés y disfrute de la IMPRESIONANTE VISTA DESDE EL HERMOSO BALCON con una vista impresionante del horizonte de París, incluidas las torres de Notre Dame y la aguja de Saint Chapelle.

El ático se divide en dos plantas con una escalera interna que conduce desde el dormitorio y el baño en el quinto piso hasta la sala de estar, cocina, tocador y balcón en el sexto piso. Si bien los escalones están bien iluminados y son más anchos de lo habitual para las escaleras en Francia, no se recomienda a los huéspedes con limitaciones de movilidad.

Justo fuera de su puerta se encuentra uno de los lugares secretos más codiciados de París, la hermosa Place Dauphine. La plaza está bordeada de edificios históricos de principios del siglo XVII y está llena de árboles y algunos bancos perfectamente ubicados para sentarse y disfrutar del ambiente. También es un lugar popular para que los locales jueguen un juego de petanca, que puedes disfrutar viendo en la plaza o simplemente escuchar el tintineo suave de las bolas de acero utilizadas en el juego tradicional francés desde tu ventana. El área también es popular entre los abogados que trabajan cerca del Palacio de Justicia, por lo que hay excelentes cafés y restaurantes para disfrutar.

Wonderful Paris Apartment!

Check in process was fantastic! Natasja met us at the apartment and showed us all of the amenities - which were plentiful! The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, all the utensils you need. They provided a cute welcome basket and also milk and OJ! The apartment had tvs on both levels and 2 bathrooms. The balcony was the reason I rented this apartment to sit out and enjoy the view of the park and people below. It was perfect! Also every morning there was an umbrella stand with fresh baguettes which I particularly loved! There is also a lobby to the building, which is so nice as you can leave luggage there for later check in/checkout. There was even access to a printer and a toilet in the lobby! The elevator was also wonderful!!! I felt totally safe and we would absolutely rent again!

Peaceful pied-a-terre

The property, though small, was exactly as advertised, extremely comfortable and attractively decorated. We generally choose to stay on one of the two sister islands on the Seine when we're in Paris as they tend to be quieter and less trafficked at night. The flat came with all the amenities we could want for our weeklong stay and the outdoor terrace was especially appreciated as the weather was lovely and it was wonderful to sit and look out at the activity in the Place below. The bed and bedding was first-rate and the plumbing and electrical completely reliable. Having a lift, almost unheard of in these older buildings, was a real asset. The only criticism I can make is about the scarcity of storage space for clothing and luggage. There are two armoires provided in the bedroom but they are a bit too shallow to close the doors when filled with hanging garments and the room is too small for proper nightstands beside the bed. That said, we would definitely book one of these flats again and can only assume the rest of the properties these owners represent are equally as lovely and well-maintained.

My New Parisian Pied a Terre

I go to Paris 1-2 times a year and this will now be my new go to. The apartment is absolute perfection. I am afraid to say this because I don’t want too many people to know about it. The place feels like my own home away from home in Paris. Everything is so comfortable. The location is fantastic. The bakery downstairs fed me every day. The only item I could point out is that a few paint touch ups are needed and a few small repairs on cabinetry but other than that it is really idyllic.

Perfect Location

This well appointed, clean and comfortable property is perfectly located in the heart of Paris. Walkable to anywhere you want to go in the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks me where they should stay when visiting Paris.

Great historic area

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching people in the square. The location was awesome. We walked to everything. There are several very good restaurants just outside the front door. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location and Apartment

Look no further. If you want live like a Parisian and enjoy all the city has to offer. This is the place. Excellent location, you really can't get better. Spotless and all amenities are exactly as described. We will be back soon!

Small but sweet!

The apartment was beautiful, just like the photos, no surprises at all. The only downside is that the rooms are very small, I think if you were travelling with large cases you would struggle to find somewhere to store them. The balcony was fabulous!

Perfect, Central Location for first time visitors!

Place Dauphine is a beautiful, modern property, tucked away and private while in the middle of it all in the city of lights. As first time visitors it was a great place to get to many of Paris' most iconic sites - close to the Metro and walking distance to many attractions. Virgile was very helpful and responsive as was the entire Paris Perfect team. Cannot recommend this highly enough! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay Literally in the Heart of Paris

“I feel like I have found a true gem in Paris Perfect! From making the vacation planning not only effortless, but fun -- to the ease of our making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable -- to the actual apartment itself, the entire experience was well, "perfect"! I love the "one-stop shopping" of Paris Perfect with not only lodging, but experience and service planning as well. Plus, our Monbazillac apartment in Place Dauphine was in the absolute ideal location in Paris, just steps away from the best bistros, Saint Chapelle, Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine, the Metro, the list goes on and on...The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, yet very homey and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the bells of Notre Dame and also the saxophone occasionally and expertly played by a neighbor across the way. It felt very Parisian! My daughter and I appreciated the great communications before, during and after our trip that included a lovely welcome from Virgile upon our arrival. All amenities in the apartment were thought through and greatly appreciated as well and we often relied on the Paris Perfect recommendations and literature to plan our days. We will absolutely be back and will ONLY use Paris Perfect -- in fact, I feel at this point I only want to travel to locations where Madelyn has properties! This is the only way I want to travel from now on! Thanks Paris Perfect!

Our apartment was a beautiful home away from home and we miss it dearly. The location was central and fantastic. Place Dauphine is so beautiful and special, and we loved the view from the bedroom and living room. The Paris rooftops and park was truly the best we have enjoyed in all 6 times we have stayed in Paris. The apartment kitchen and appliance left nothing to be desired. Having an extra powder room was so practical for two people getting ready.We will be staying here again!

Memorable trip!

My mom and I stayed at the gorgeous Monbazillac apartment for a girls trip and absolutely loved it! The historic building was recently fully renovated and the location is in the best area of Paris. The central location allowed us to walk to everything, but the best part was coming home to one of Paris' oldest and most charming squares. Our mornings started with cafee & croissants on the balcony and our evenings ended with wine & cheese watching the sun set. We loved just taking in the peacefulness of Place Dauphine after a long day of exploring the bustling city. My mom and I discovered a lot of beautiful areas of Paris, but we both agreed that Place Dauphine was certainly a hidden gem that we cannot wait to return to. The Paris Perfect team was fantastic from start to finish and helped us create a very memorable trip!
