Designed by Moser Design Group, Marker 71 is a stunning home that offers the best of coastal living, featuring numerous custom features and elegant furnishings. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence presents an open floor plan, a screen porch off the kitchen, front and rear porches, and more. The first floor encompasses a living room, dining table, kitchen, main bedroom #1, hall bath, and laundry room. Shiplap paneling adorns the living room walls, kitchen island side panels, and the dining ceiling, enhancing the interior with a traditional 'nickel gap' design.
Luxury abounds in the main bedroom, furnished with a king bed, sofa, television, and a private bath featuring a large glass shower enclosure. The kitchen boasts a large stainless steel sink, set in thick slab Cambria Quartz countertops, and premium appliances, including a refrigerator, dual fuel stove/oven, microwave drawer, dishwasher, industrial-grade range hood, beverage center, and pot filler. Counter seating provides a perfect space for entertaining while preparing meals, and the kitchen is equipped with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The spacious laundry room includes a full-size front load washer & dryer, Carerra Marble countertops, and ample storage cabinets.
The second floor offers its own sitting area with a TV, bedroom #2 with a king bed and private bath, and bedroom #3 with two twin beds and a private bath. The screened porch off the kitchen is an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or casual dining while overlooking the patio and grill.
However, it's important to note that this property is not suited for hunters and/or hunting parties.
Renters at Marker 71 enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club, providing access to the community pool, clubhouse, and outstanding Club Dining Room. Harbor Village offers Yawl's Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique), Wellness & Fitness Center, Spa, Steam, and Saunas. The Provision Company in the Village has all the provisions you might need. Whether you're interested in fishing, hunting, or simply relaxing, come visit us in the sailing capital of North Carolina. Harbor Club Guest Fees are specific to each home.
Community Amenities at Harbor Village include Dining, Pool Table, Library, Spa, Tennis, Shopping, Marina, Boat Ramp, Paddleboards, Kayaks, Canoe Lake, Fishing, Biking, Lake House, Bird Watching, Nature Trails, Community Pool, and Hot Tubs.
