Perfect! This house has a beautiful open layout, very well stocked, clean and perfectly located in Seapines to ride your bike 10 mins to the beach, or Seapines nature preserve or harbor town. Joseph was so easy to communicate with. The day we drove in we got hit with a storm that made the pool a bit messy and he had someone out the next day to check it out. One of the best features in this house was a large ice maker and anyone that always travels with a large group knows how great that is. Oh it’s also a 5 min bike ride to the shops at Seapines.

Perfect getaway for a family function

the property was located central to all our activities, with enough room to entertain and find quiet space when needed. The property owner is very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this to anyone. We were in HHI for a family wedding with 40 other members of the family, with all of us within a few minutes drive or close walk. Try out the CharBar for dinner, it's just outside the gate near Harris Teeter

Great House #3 St. Andrews Place

We loved this place and would definitely book again ! Manager is prompt and responsive to all issues. Only problems we had: cleaning crew Sat there too long, needed paper products, supplies, certain bathroom cleaning had to be redone. We contacted Joe and immediately taken care of. Joe is great manager. Lovely home, pool, and location in Sea Pines. Great week of relaxation, golf, pool, loved it all. CJM

fantastic stay

The house had all of the amenities as advertised and a great location on the golf course and close to Harbor Town. Bikes and beach gear were nice perks. The kitchen was well-equipped and the separate ice maker was a huge bonus with our large family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out or join together. We also appreciated plenty of seating for the family to eat together. The screened-in porch was great to dry off after a dip in the pool. We highly recommend Joe's home and renting from him was very easy!

A Great House for Family Gathering

This house was clean, equipped, spacious and just great fun! The pool was clean and a great diversion for the kids. The provided bicycles and beach gear were an extra treat. The house location was perfect for beach trips, Harbor Town and easy trips to grocery stores. Will definitely get this house again!

Our Son's Wedding

Joe's home was a fantastic place for us to stay for our son's wedding weekend! Guests included my husband and 6 extended family members, and gave us a less than 5 minute drive to the Clubhouse in Sea Pines with the wedding taking place on the 18th green. The home was very spacious and had 2 dining areas as well as extra barstools for seating. The ice maker in the bar area was also well utilized. Joe had plenty of kitchen items, dishes, glassware, etc and plenty of space for prep. My husband enjoyed cooking large breakfasts for all of us out on the Blackstone grill. The pool was perfect for our group, and so nice to have right there without leaving the property or sharing with a community. As mother of the groom, I needed plenty of bathroom space as we all got ready for events, and this house has it! Thanks, Joe!

Great stay!

8 ladies for a birthday/golf trip. The house could not have been better. Joe is so nice, helpful, and easy to work with. The house is spacious, well stocked, and very clean. We enjoyed the pool. The location is perfect. Would definitely reccomend and hope to stay again. Thank you, Joe!

Great golf stay

Great house for hosting a weekend golf trip. Plenty of space and outfitted well for cooking dinner. Central location to see pines and palmetto courses.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay. Very roomy for 9 adults. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice stocked kitchen. Bathrooms ok. The heated pool was a big hit, especially the attached basketball hoop, with the GROWN ADULT CHILDREN. Included bikes were used often. Lovely ten minute bike ride to the beach. Host was very good with communicating. Would definitely stay there again

Sea Pines Stay

This home is sentimental to us as it used to belong to a family member. We loved being able to visit once again. The location is perfect and the house was plenty big to accommodate our party size comfortably!

Family trip for 9, spacious and comfortable!

Awesome location, beautiful property equipped with anything you could need! Vacationed with 3 separate families under one roof. Multiple areas to relax/dine in. There is a separate wing off the main area of the house that is very private and was perfect for my family with a baby…quiet and baby was easily able to nap throughout the day! Having a high chair at the house, bikes for everyone but the baby, and beach toys—especially nice. Thanks, Joe, for an awesome stay!

Great home with all the amenities!

Wonderful family vacation. This home has everything you can imagine for the kitchen, plenty of plates, silverware, cookware, wine, glasses, you name it, they have it! Such a great experience and having the pool was was a lot of fun. Plus, the house is spacious!

Beautiful Sea Pines Home

We just spent a week at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. The location was great and it was supplied with everything we needed for our week on the island. We loved having a pool on the property. The owner was quick to communicate with us before, during and after our trip. We would definitely rent from him again.

Enjoy!

Owner was very responsive to messages and had many extra touches to make you comfortable! The home was beautiful and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay from kitchen items, towels, pool floats and everything you would need for the beach. Great home for a few families to vacation together and everyone have their own space.
