Wonderful host and wonderful property! We love staying at this condominium complex and this stay was no exception! Host was welcoming, attentive, & friendly. Gave great local recommendations! Snowy getaway

I’ve stayed at Bootleggers Hideaway several times. The condo is perfect. The location is great, not far from downtown Gatlinburg. The condo is very well maintained, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It’s always spotless. My favorite part is the back porch overlooking the stream. This weekend was magical with the snow falling. Bootleggers Hideaway is my favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg.

This is our second visit and we again appreciated the location. It was close to town, yet felt secluded. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the stream outside. The condo is well appointed making you feel you were in your own home. The host greeted us upon arrival and ensured everything was satisfactory. Definitely recommend this unit if your staying in Gatlinburg and want to be close to the strip but not right on it.

“Bootlegger’s Hideaway” was a lovely condo, and just a short, stress free drive from our event location. The owner supplied everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable and the sound of a waterfall from the balcony was so relaxing! Thanks, Mike!

Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at bootleggers hideaway! It was in a great location, close enough to walk to places, but far enough to not hear the noise of the strip. It was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was well stocked for our group of 5. The owner communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Everyone in our group would recommend.

Lovely apartment in Gatlinburg

After making the reservation we received a nice and welcoming email from Mike, our contact person. The communication with him was excellent. We received a detailed email explaining about the parking and the check in process.Indeed, the check-in was fast and without any problems.The apartment is located on the second floor (there is an elevator) and overlooks a lovely stream that flows right next to the building.The apartment has 2 bedrooms. We had to sleep on the couch in the living room and we were glad it was comfortable (compared to other places...).The apartment is very clean and pleasant. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and it was nice to prepare light meals there.We had a great time and were sorry to leave.The bottom line: highly recommended!

Beautiful condo

This condo is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in this area. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. The beds were very comfortable. The deck overlooks a creek and is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are very nice and even checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. You will not be disappointed when you rent this condo.

Moms & Daughters perfect getaway spot!

We absolutely loved Bootlegger’s Hideaway! The location is great and super close to everything—we got to Pigeon Forge locations and Dollywood in less than 20 minutes, and Gatlinburg spots in less than 5 minutes. The condo is HUGE and very comfortable and clean! It had everything we needed and the owners are absolutely the nicest people! We had some questions and they responded almost immediately. Also, the beds are stupidly comfortable—so much so that I asked where they got their mattresses lol! Would highly recommend booking with Bootlegger’s and we will be back for sure! Thank you :)

Really Impressed!

This home was immaculate. It was well decorated and most importantly clean with no air fresheners or plug-ins. (which is very important to me as I am very sensitive to artificial fragrances.) The towels were plush, the beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Only wish we could've stayed longer, but were there for just 2 nights for a soccer tournament.

Tranquility at its best.

Usually we stay in hotels, but for this trip we chose Bootleggers Hideaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, clean, well appointed and close to town. It was so nice to come back each evening to the comfort of a home environment. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the stream. Even saw a bear the first morning. Check in was easy, with timely updates. Highly recommend this unit.

Great Gatlinburg Property

Lovely, well-appointed condominium that is convenient to everything the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area has to offer. The owner was most helpful with dining suggestions nearby and even contacted us during our stay to be certain everything was going smoothly and our check-in was easy...which was very simple. The unit is immaculate, most comfortable and spacious and had everything needed for a safe and fun vacation in the Smokies! Would definitely recommend Bootleggers Hideaway to potential visitors, as well as stay there again in the future!

"We had a fantastic experience at this VRBO! The breathtaking view of the mountains added to the charm of our stay. The property was impressively clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. Its convenient location close to downtown made exploring easy, and the bonus was being within walking distance to the Smoky Mountain Spinnery. We absolutely loved sitting outside on the balcony, enjoying the stunning view and soothing sounds of the babbling brook below. Awesome!

Place was perfect for our family of 4. Dry clean and comfortable. Location was also perfect. Very close to strip, but just far enough away to be quiet. Awesome patio overlooking wonderful stream. Parking was easy and having a covered spot was awesome since it did rain as we were packing to leave. It was also easy getting into and out of the property. Check in was simple and host was quick to respond to the only issue we had which was only a cable box issue. We were fixed in less than 10min. We will back next year as we have a new favorite place to stay.
