Recently transformed through meticulous renovation, Starr Cottage showcases its heritage charm with polished hardwood timber floors, elegant vertical panelling and classic sash windows, complemented by designer lighting and tropical cane ceiling fans. The contemporary kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly into an open-plan living space, which extends to a secluded outdoor entertaining zone. Here, lush tropical gardens framed by sandstone surround a child-friendly lawn, stylish swimming pool, and dedicated BBQ and dining area.

Living, Dining & Cooking:
The inviting lounge area features a luxurious 5-seater L-shaped sofa positioned opposite a wall-mounted Smart TV – ideal for evening relaxation or children's entertainment. Bordered by the kitchen and dining space, the lounge opens through bi-fold glass doors to reveal the private garden oasis.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen boasts premium granite benchtops and European appliances, including a 4-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and double refrigerator. The air-conditioned dining area connects effortlessly to the kitchen, creating a comfortable environment for shared meals.
Sleeping:
Starr Cottage features a magnificent loft-style master retreat on the upper level with soaring vaulted ceilings and natural rattan flooring. The queen bed sits atop a custom-built platform, complemented by a charming dormer window, timber-panelled ensuite, dedicated walk-in wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning, and ceiling fan. A double sofa bed can be added to the master upon request, nestled in its own sun-filled annexe overlooking the pool and gardens.
The three additional guest bedrooms are positioned along the main corridor on the ground floor. These rooms offer a double bed and 4 king single beds respectively, each equipped with ceiling fans for summer comfort.

Great location and lovely house
This house is in a great, in a tucked away little corner but still close to everything. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want. Property managers were fantastic and super easy to deal with. The only negative was the extremely noisy construction directly across the street. The teenagers didn’t cope with all the banging and crashing starting at 6:30am every day. When that’s done, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The check-in process was straightforward, although we were unable to access the property before 3 pm despite requesting an earlier check-in through the agents (A Perfect Stay). We also experienced issues with the power tripping when using the washing machine and dryer, which required us to reset the power at the switchboard.
