Although the weather so horrible when we arrived the house did not disappoint. It was so beautiful and welcoming . The view was amazing and the wild life was something to see ! Our host was very nice and informative of our needs . We were very please to stay the weekend and would love to stay again when ever in the area .

Great lake house!

We totally enjoyed this lovely property at Beaver Lake! The house was immaculate and convenient. The hosts were super sweet and accommodating. Highlights were the comfy beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms but the best attribute was the big deck, the view and chilling out there at night. Highly recommend!

This is my happy place!

This was my second stay at this property and I LOVE it! The cottage is perfect for my family. It has a very functional kitchen that is well stocked to cook meals. There is a pellet smoker that we used to cook steaks and other meals. There was also a dining room table to eat as a family of 8. The best part of this place is the view. The decks are amazing and overlook Beaver Lake. The moment we got unpacked I could feel the stress melt away. The hosts were very gracious and checked on us to make sure everything was good. This is truly my happy place!

Excellent experience ALL the way around!!

First off, the house, location, furnishings, conveniences, little touches, dishes, utensils, supplies, etc are all spot on! I mean we wanted for NOTHING. The owners are truly focused on their guests having a great vacation and it shows. Their attention to detail as well as their focus to have the property 120% ready for quest was exceptional. Additionally, they helped us with several questions about the local area and even quickly brought supplies over when we ran low due to an extended stay.

Best Views!

Great place! Well appointed and plenty of room for everyone. The views of the lake are absolutely unbeatable. Very communicative and gracious host as well. Only side note- If you are bringing your boat (we have a 26 foot boat) you will not be able to get it there. Even the “flat” road was too narrow and the above tree cover was too low. Several sharp turns on roadway made it very hard to navigate w the boat. But that’s also lake life w a boat. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!!!

My family spent three nights in this house and loved it! We were 6 adults, one toddler, and one baby and we had plenty of room. The only stairs in the place are between the living room and dining room which was great for a great-grandpa with bad knees and the crawling baby. The owner even supplied a baby gate for us which I really appreciated! The place was very clean with lots of extra details. I love little conveniences like the USB charge ports on the kitchen island. The master bedroom had a big walk-in closet that worked perfect for my toddler to have her own place to sleep. I was worried that the deck would be too sunny but the umbrellas were huge and easy to adjust so it wasn't a problem. The grill was really easy to use, just set the temperature you want and it'll get you there. Fishing wasn't high on our priority list, hence why we got a place further from the water, but if that matters to you, it is a couple minute drive to the nearest public fishing spot. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!!

Home away from home… only way nicer!!

We loved our stay here! The hosts were very helpful in showing us around the property and had lots of amenities that made the house feeling both like a home AND a hotel. The location is great for families with kids being that War Eagle tourist attractions, hiking trails, lake access, and more are 10-20 minutes away in all directions. Plus the view of the lake is just as gorgeous as what’s shown in the pictures. We will definitely be staying her again!

Great VRBO for large family

This home was fabulous and clean with a great view. Very large to accommodate my family with space for everyone to have a little of their own space too. Home owners meet us there and was very nice to assist us through their home and how to work everything....BBQ grill, TV (and the channels) and even had a snack drawer for the little ones (which was nice until we were able to get to the store). They were very welcoming and made us feel that is was our home for the days we were there. Greatly recommend this home for your next VRBO in Rogers, Arkansas on Beavers Lake

Spring break family getaway

The cottage was beautifully located with gorgeous views of the lake. The multiple decks offered many areas for relaxation. Loved that the living room doors all opened wide onto the deck. The house had many areas for our multiple families to spread out. The location was close to town with many options for entertainment, shopping, and food. We would stay again!!

Great place for family gatherings

We were a party of 12 staying for a wedding in Eureka Springs and had a great time in Arkansas. The indoor space of the cottage was very clean and well equipped with pans and dishware. We enjoyed having a large kitchen and dining room for our large group to eat together comfortably. The poker table had lots of games to add to our time with family. Ian was very thoughtful and prompt in answering any questions.

Amazing experience with a better view

This was a great experience. The view from the deck was nothing short of amazing! The cottage was clean and newly remodeled. There were a lot of things that the owners provided that we didn’t expect. It was so nice that we canceled some activities planned because it was so relaxing. We are already planning the next visit! We had 8 people and there was plenty of room.

Sisters weekend 2021

We've been doing a sisters/mom weekend for 21 years in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Our goal is to find a home with great views, large enough seating areas for 7, comfy beds, 3 baths and 3 bedrooms, open living space, outdoor seating, shopping near by and hiking. This home met ALL these goals! VERY nicely updated home that couldn't have been laid out any better for the 7 of us! An outdoor hot tub would have been icing on the cake :) We'll be back next year!

We rent both VRBO and Air B&B all the time for business & pleasure. Hands down our fave property.

So picturesque! The perfect place for a getaway for a weekend or even longer! We stayed for a week. Their pictures do not do this place or view justice. Me and my fiancé fell in love from just the pictures but everything was even better in person. Our hosts were so amazing, A++ hospitality, they included everything that we needed and even more with helpful brochures, even a personal blogged helpful hints, things to do, places to see and eat. You will not be disappointed in this property in the least. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Ian and his lovely wife.

Girls Trip

We had a girls trip to get away and relax. We had the best time, relaxing, eating and sharing nice wine with friends. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The owners are great, friendly and hospitable. We can’t wait to come again. We had deer and a fox to show off for us.
