Enjoy the home's best amenity - it's easy access to Beaver Lake for a day of fun in the water! Use the kayaks and paddle board to explore the lake just float around on the Lily Pad. After an epic day, take in the breathtaking views from almost every room in the house or the screened in patios.



When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake from every angle. The living room has seating, a fireplace, books, and a telescope! The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Off the living room you'll find our large screened in patio with seating, a dining table, another fireplace, and a Smart TV - this is the PERFECT spot to relax while still enjoying the fresh air. Downstairs, there is an additional living room with cozy seating, board games, and a large Smart TV.



After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our four bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, dresser, and an en suite bath. There is also a private screened in patio with 2 chairs.

(2) Our second bedroom is upstairs and has a King size bed, closet, and a nearby bath.

(3) Our third bedroom is upstairs and has a Queen size bed and nearby bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a two King size beds and an en suite bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a gated street with neighbors. Beaver Lake is accessible by the path located in the back yard. Please note the path is shared with the neighbors.



Getting Around:

Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake! Our house is just 3 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 14 miles to Downtown Rogers which offers several restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ Please note the path and shoreline area of the lake is public and the neighboring homes have access.

★ Please note the dock is not available for guests.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Kayaks must be re-hung after use, and lifejackets are required at all times. Anyone using the kayaks on the lake must sign and execute a release form.

- Guests are not permitted to access the Community Dock, in accordance with Army Corps of Engineers requirements.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
