No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

First impression was very nice

First impression was very nice however upon getting settled in came the realization that he had been neglected and unkept by the rental agency. Absolutely beautiful walking into it however floors were absolutely filthy. Dust was beyond dust. Underneath beds were previous rentals belongings. Along with major dirt and dust. Sectional couch was absolutely beautiful but again uncapped. The sand on top of the cushions was ridiculous and they were not even pushed back into the couch the way it should have been upon arrival. They were pushed out and not tucked in nicely. We had to pull the dresser out to plug in some of our electronics and there was a pill on the floor along with dust that had grown so long that it was hairy and a substantial amount of it. Nightstands had glass over top of them but again very dirty. Fruit flies were absolutely unbearable. Again first appearance was an absolutely beautiful place that had not been well-kept. My suggestion for the owner is to find someone else to take care of your place. You have a beautiful home that really should be taken care of better by your agency.
