Great stay

The stay was good. Having all the kitchen utensils, baking tray was all very helpful! The view from the balcony is amazing! The beach, the sun rise and looking at the sky at night everything is beautiful 😍 Also the drink place right downstairs has great stuff.

Nice vacation condo.

The condo was nice it was dated and a few items was broken microwave handle and the freezer did not work properly but the location and view was great.

Bluewater 902 is a great place to stay, big balcony with great views. Property is as advertised, clean and neat, it does need some upgrades but nothing to extreme. Loved it!!

I really enjoyed the time with my family.

Great walks on the beach every day. Lots to do in Myrtle Beach. I will return. Some maintenance required. But a good value.

The property was great. We had an ocean front view with a nice balcony. The resort had a great restaurant, bar and several pools. The unit itself was nice and clean but could use a little tlc with some of the furniture, better pillows, a couple light bulbs and some water stains on the ceiling. Overall we did enjoy our stay however.

disappointing

and was very disgusting The condo was very disgusting and dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures. The kitchen was so small two people couldn't fit in it. I travel a lot and rented this for a friend and was ashamed and very disappointed.They only stayed two nights and left.I would never recommend this property or Elliot Realty.I would suggest you update your photos on the web site The condo was nothing like the pictures

The View Was Wonderful-Overall Property Great!

This rental worked out really well for our group. This was a mom/daughter/grankids kind of trip and this place worked great. The view from the balcony is amazing and the space worked well for us. We did feel that the maintenance and care for the the rental was lacking. The refridgerator/freezer was in need of replacement (this is what the repair man said when he came to check it out-the freezer never got cold enough to keep ice, freeze our ice pops or lunch box cold packs), the furniture was worn out to the point that it was uncomfortable (particularly the patio chaise lounge and the chair in the living room, but also the mattresses), the microwave handle was broken, and anything that was metal in the apartment was rusted. The kitchen had enough cooking supplies to suit us though. We really didn't have any big complaints, we just felt the rental company needs to spend a little more on upkeep. The facilities at the resort were great!

Don’t believe the pictures

Overall communication with VRBO and Elliott Realties who manage the property was very frustrating when trying getting answers to my questions. We will never rent a property that is being run by Elliott Realty. The condo was dirty, the mattresses on the beds are so old that when you get into bed, not only does it make noise every time you move, but you sink into it; there were patches on the bathroom ceiling, hairdryer was broken and fixed two days later, no batteries are provided for the safe, bracelets for use of pool received almost at the end of our stay, only one card provided for access to parking garage/access building/access to beach. There was limited parking available at the front of the property but never any empty spots so had to go and park across the street. If anyone has mobility issues, there are some handicap spots at the front, but like I said before, very limited. When booking and looking at Vrbo website, it showed the price in Cdn dollars but we were charged in US dollars. Because we live in Canada and had to use Visa to book and send the balance, we were charged over $50 US by Elliott Realties. I don’t understand why we are charged $315 US to Vrbo for us to rent this property and then another charge to Elliott Realty to rent the property. We had to go pick up our condo package at a location approx 10 mins away and then on checking out day, we had to return everything back to that location. I took pictures which I will be forwarding to VRBO

This is my second year to stay in this condo, and the view is amazing! The condo was clean on arrival, and had the basic amenities. While there I had a couple of maintenance issues, and Elliott Rentals was VERY quick to respond and handle. As with last year, every interaction with them was friendly and helpful.
