DO NOT STAY HERE
I stayed at this property for a week. Whilst the property was reasonably clean. Other than the dust ball beside the toilet everything else was pretty clean. I went into the apartment the air con didn't work. (this got sorted a day later) the toilet exhaust fan didn't work and the bathroom became very stuffy very quickly (didn't get fixed within my stay nor did I expect it to). The shower head was broken which made the shower very unusable. I did request for this to be fixed when I had noticed it and was told the next day someone would fix it. Over the week stay after numerous phone calls the shower head never got fixed quite outrageous considering you pay a good amount of money for the property and you can't even have a nice shower. The people maintaining the property may be contactable 24/7 but let me tell you they are more useless than anything. Very polite on the phone and have all the time in the world for you but when it comes to sorting issues out, they are no good.

Hot summer nights
Overall we enjoyed our time here, ideal location, great view, fairly clean apart from some dog hair on the carpets which we vacuumed. Minor maintenance issues sent through to management included shower door handle was broken, and shower head broken and unable to stay in place. Larger maintenance issue identified but not rectified during our stay was the air conditioning didn’t work at all for heating and/or cooling. The air conditioning issue made for a few uncomfortable nights sleep even with balcony windows and doors open, and also as you are unable to open windows in bedrooms.

Not Clean, Terrible Beds
Carpet was not clean, the bed provided was terrible! 2 single beds joined together, mattress's are old spring mattress's that I wouldn't don't to the Salvos. Not enough linen to put over doonas. Emailed and tried to call the property manager once we arrived, still waiting for an email & phone call back.

Poor cleanliness
The view was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better view. Waking up and being able to see the beach and the amazing scenery behind the tower was almost breathtaking. The kitchen was definitely spacious, as there was enough space to prepare food then eat on the bench. But it was really disappointing to see how utterly poor the condition of the apartment was in when we got there……There was a draw in the kitchen with sauce all over the utensils, a knife and wooden spoon were left with food on them, there was ashes and dead flies near the window next to the couch, the balcony was covered in dirt and ashes, both beds had stains on their sheets: one being a blood stain and the other some sort of brown stain…… Lastly there was a lot of dirt and other stuff under the kitchen bench. The apartment itself was perfect but the overall cleanliness was shocking and almost sickening. Please clean the apartment….
