Property location pretty good with Cavill Ave only 2 trams stop up the track & Broadbeach 2 tram stops down the track and tram stop itself almost right outside the door. Apartment quite spacious, especially given the 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately not overly impressed with the cleanliness of carpets & mats, which were extremely overdue for either replacement or a very good clean & sanitisation. Also disappointed with lack of blankets; only provided with a queen size quilt & a single throw (also in need of replacement). Luckily there was only 3 of use staying in the unit so there was enough warmer coverings to make do, however had there been 4, it would have been interesting.
