Location and Pool Amazing, but needed cleaned

The location was just a simple short walk to the beach. The outdoor area and pool were fantastic! Pool was heated which was perfect for the kids! The house needed a good cleaning though. We have to clean the grime from the tubs before we could give kids a bath. Crackers and small trinkets from before us were left under beds and couches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was perfect; however, the cleaning service was not so great. I know its a vacation home and very busy atmosphere but Alot of hair and debris left on floors. Moved trash can in bathroom and 2 dead water bugs. The bath counter top had the previous occupants nail clippings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Minutes from beach. Pool was clean. Lots of family pictures around made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Elevator did not work. Rental company responded quickly. Ended up needing to have elevator company come - after that worked great. Lot three days of use. We had an individual who had hard time with stairs. All in all a great place to stay. Would stay again. House was clean and roomy. Drug stores and grocery stores close by. Enjoyed sunsets from balcony on top floor and sun rise from windows. Beach was beautiful. All in all a great vacation.

We loved this home

My only negative comment would be that we chose the home for the heated pool. It was not heated and Beach reality said that there is no way to heat the pool. They also were going to check to see if we could pay all fees to have it turned on. The realty representative said they would call back and never did. Also there weren’t enough linens and the towels were low quality. No hand towels or wash cloths. Some of the beds only had a mattress pad . We did pay for linens so this was upsetting. T hire is a target in Nags head thank goodness . Aside from that it was a good stay.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 5 families stay in this beach house. It was a great location to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores with many other things to do around it. The closest beach access had stairs and we werent able to use that access due to wagons but the one the other way was very convenient with a really nice walk way. There is a ice cream shop with a dinner menu as well in walking distance. It is a short drive to the pier. The fenced in back yard with the private pool and hot tub was extremely nice. We spent a lot of time there before and after the beach. Needs to list that cornhole is available at the house. we hauled our boards 9 hours and didnt need them. The elevator was extremely handy in hauling groceries to the 3rd floor. Quick responses to both questions I had during the stay. I dont think we have any complaints. It was a great stay!! Thank you!
