Welcome to Beachwood Villas 7G! This 1B/1B is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach and has plenty of amenities to offer you and your family! This ground floor unit sleeps 4, and is complete with a brand new king bed, and a full/oversized twin sleeper futon in the family room. There is a covered patio with seating off the of family so you can enjoy your coffee or evening night cap all while smelling the salty air.

The Beachwood Villas Complex has not 1, but 2 community pools for your usage during your stay. The complex also boasts tennis courts, shuffle board, community charcoal grills, and a small playground area for the youngest ones in your group. All this, and you are less than a 3 minute walk to the beach access!

1st Floor:

- Family room with a full/oversized twin sized fold out couch. (Couch folds down to be a futon that sleeps 1-2 guests depending on size.)

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

Pros- smelled fresh and clean, roomy. Big walk in shower. Comfy bed. AC worked well except bedroom. Stocked well with everything you need except food and drinks of course. Good location with a convenience store next door. Swimming pools and courtyard was nice.Cons- no air from AC vent in bedroom so bring a fan. Low water pressure in shower. No place to put fold up clothes. Dining chairs were the most comfortable. Futon sofa was terrible to sit on. Barrel chairs were hard. Bar stools had very narrow seats. Need beside lamp in bedroom. Ceiling fans don’t move any air. Patio door hard to open. Vacuum cleaner would be nice to remove sand. Hard to sweep with tiled floors with grout lines. Parking limited but info said there were 2 spots for our place. 2 nights we got in late and had no place to park. Beach access was way more than 3 minutes, have to cross very busy street then walk 50 yards across wooden walkway, then down 3 flights of stairs. Then have to walk 200 ft through the loose sand to the public beach area. All other areas are private beaches for the seaside condos. Narrow streets, lots of traffic and lots of people everywhere and no parking. Rent a golf cart. We’ll never return to Seaside/Seagrove beach. Pensacola beach was way better in our opinion.

Family Vacation

We were really excited for our once a year family vacation, first timers to 30A but were quickly disappointed when we arrived when the ad listed that it slept 4 and the futon could barely fit my 2 children. Sleeps 4 is very misleading and upsetting. Was told an air mattress would be dropped off, never received one. Bought hundreds of dollars of groceries and no food was left out other than boxes of unopened snacks and unopened donuts that were sealed, my family woke up to them COVERED in ants. Contacted property manager, was told they would spray. No one ever came. This stay was very disappointing and we loved the location but the lack of customer service and empathy is really disappointing here.

Great Condo!

Great place, great location! You can’t go wrong on 30A, but there are many walkable things from here, both high-end (Cafe 30A), fresh seafood (Goatfeathers Fish Market) and convenience (Tom Thumb) are 1 to 5 minutes on foot. The beach is easily accessible right across the street, and so beautiful!

Great Getaway

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Communication with the hosts was great and we loved the location. The floor to ceiling mirrors throughout the whole condo threw us off a little but didn't negatively effect our stay at all- just unexpected haha. Great location for the price! Will definitely be back.

Management company was great. Condo was less than great. Not super clean and kitchen was poorly stocked. Couch felt like crates wrapped in vinyl. Bedroom blind was caked in dust and dirt:(

Great location. Apartment is a little different with mirrors through out the entire apartment. Had a couple visitors during our stay - roaches.

Great Stay! Need some drawers!!

I had a wonderful month and the condo was great! Pretty much as expected! Had a bit of a problem with the lock, ut Kathy responded immediately and "talked" me through it! Turns out, it was "operator error" (ME!) Kathy was very helpful and responded to any questions I had immediately! One drawback, and the only suggestion I could make would be to have more drawer space for clothing. I lived for the month out of the boxes I brought my clothing in. I'll look fporward to next year, and plan to most probably book it again! Thanks Again! Tom G.

Problems with door lock

Our door didn't lock well when we left to go out. Someone came to look at it but, it still never locked the way it should have. I also saw a few bugs.

Nice for the money.

The stay was wonderful. However, a few things in the condo did not work. Ice maker was broken, blinds would not open due to pull latch broken. Toaster was broken and we never received key or code for the washer and dryer door to get into closet to do our laundry. We called a few times. But no one ever came out. Not that big of a deal, but it would have been nice to be able to use those things in our condo. The bed was amazingly comfortable!!

Great location! Inaccurate online description.

This is a great location to the beach. Even though it’s across the street, it’s easy access and a very short walk. The description online is inaccurate. It does NOT sleep four. It states there is a Queen pullout but it is a very hard couch that folds down and it’s a twin. We found a blowup mattress in the closet but had to buy a pump to use it. Also, it took up the living room area.
