Paradise 30A presenta SummerSalt: un encantador apartamento al sur del estudio de 30 A con vistas desde el balcón del golfo. Este espacioso estudio, en el segundo piso de Beachfront II Condos, tiene capacidad para 4 personas en una cama tamaño queen y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Las características adicionales son una cocina de tamaño completo, balcón más grande que lo normal y ascensor. Location is within easy walking distance to beach. You can see the water from patio. Pool was a warm/comfortable temperature for March. Hot tub was HOT and if you are like me and get to much sun on day 1, it was too hot to go in until day 4. Property was nice and they had carts to utilize for getting stuff to room on 2nd floor (elevator also). Would be great if room had umbrella and chairs but you can rent at beach. Bring your own bluetooth speaker also.

Clean room, nicely decorated but a little “tired”. Crack in popcorn ceiling, small space with no storage room for anything - had to take our luggage back to car. Listed as heated pool, but we were told by a frequent visitor it hasn’t been heated in several years. But it was clean! Dog friendly. Unit was sparse on some supplies: no liquid hand soap, hand lotion, not enough hand towels or wash clothes in bathroom. Great location, easy access to beach.

Great location. Limited parking, arrived earlier than expected. Tried to check in early but wasn’t able to, no one ever called back to advise me if I would be able to.

Clean, cute and so close to the beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for my birthday weekend. The apartment was super clean and close to the beach. Also, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook while there. We had a great experience!

Excellent, would highly recommend

The condo was perfect close to the beach close to restaurants and has a great view of the water. Only a few minutes to Destin or Panama City . We will be back the hot tub was awesome.
