The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen make it easy to stay connected while making meals or watching movies. The dining table seats 4, plus there is room for 4 more at the kitchen counter.

Outdoor Spaces:

There are plenty of great outdoor spaces to enjoy at this home. The ground level offers covered parking, and a covered patio area, plus an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold water).. The first floor has a streetside covered porch and a second covered deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped fenced in back yard, both have wonderful swings and furniture for relaxing. The second floor has a partially covered sundeck with furniture that overlooks the backyard and has a great view of the marsh and ICW. And there is a third level sundeck with amazing views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway! In the backyard you’ll find a lovely, shaded seating area.

Location: 

Your beach rental is located approximately 2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
