Spread across two levels, the layout gives the home a natural flow between togetherness and privacy. Upstairs, the living room, dining area, and kitchen open into one shared space - ideal for a group that wants room to spread out without losing the connection. The two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom sit downstairs, keeping the sleeping quarters calm and separate from the action above. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan take care of comfort no matter the season, while WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and an HDTV keep you covered for both downtime and any work that tags along on the trip.

Sleeping arrangements
Six guests settle in across three bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite occupies the upper level with its own en-suite bathroom, while the two remaining bedrooms downstairs offer quiet, private corners to retreat to each night. Linens, hangers, and the everyday essentials are already in place.

Kitchen & dining
The upper-level kitchen is ready for anything from a fast breakfast to a full sit-down dinner, stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus dishes and silverware. A dining table pulls everyone together for meals on your own timeline.

Outdoor living
Several outdoor spots are tucked across the two levels. A covered front porch and shaded patio offer easy places to sit at any hour, and the garden deck comes ready for grilling, with barbecue utensils - charcoal, skewers, and the rest - included. Upstairs, a covered balcony overlooks the neighborhood streetscape, a good perch for catching the breeze as the day winds down.

Comfort & convenience
Laundry is handled on-site with a washer and dryer, and a private entrance paired with keypad self check-in means arrival happens on your schedule, not anyone else's. A hair dryer, iron, and bathroom essentials round things out, and free driveway parking covers up to three vehicles right on the property.

The neighborhood
Life here moves at walking pace - restaurants, breweries, shops, and historic landmarks all sit within easy reach on foot. When you're ready for the coast, Vilano Beach is just a short drive away for a quick change of scenery.
