Darling Family Friendly Home in Crested Butte - Perfect Location in Town!

Enjoy Crested Butte in a charming home in the heart of the historic district! Comfortable and family friendly home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a fenced-in yard creating the perfect spot for your family to enjoy everything Crested Butte has to offer! There are 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and 1 with two twin beds) that share a bathroom and are accessed by stairs in front of the house. Behind the kitchen in the rear of the house is a small bedroom (with1 twin bed) and stairs that lead to another bedroom (with 1 queen bed) and another shared bathroom. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all comfortable and there is an additional den/tv room and half bath. Access the back porch with a gas grill from the living room or access the back patio from kitchen. You will love the fenced-in yard and relaxing on the patio with a fire pit! Our home is on a favorite street in town with little traffic and easy walking and biking for all ages. Your family will love walking to restaurants and shops on Elk, playing in Coal Creek at Totem Pole Park, riding bikes out to the Lower Loop, wandering through the Woods Walk as well as many other summer activities! We love our home and know you will, too! 1 well-behaved dog allowed upon agreement. July weekly rentals only!
