Great Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The house was very Clean and very comfortable. The pool was phenomenal and made our trip so enjoyable. The house is in great location quiet but close to a wide variety of restaurants and grocery stores .

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Peaceful, relaxing privacy just minutes from everything. Gordy and Linda were more than accommodating! We love it so much we plan on returning. Highly recommend this spacious, immaculately kept home for your next stay in Scottsdale!

Perfect property

We could not have asked for a better location, property or owner. It was a home away from home and everything was exactly as described on the listing - no surprises at all! Thoroughly enjoyed the house and would definitely return without any question.

Great home and very clean! Nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything.

This home has 3 really nice bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. Very spacious with everything you can think of. Nice backyard with a heated pool and privacy. Very clean!! We would stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place with everything we needed

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly during our stay, and the home offered everything we needed and wanted- plenty of space, tastefully decorated, a perfectly sized and beautiful pool, privacy, and nice outdoor spaces to linger in. Gordy, the property manager, was helpful and friendly. It’s clear that the owner places a priority on taking good care of the property and ensuring an excellent guest experience. We’ve rented several homes in North Scottsdale over the years, and I would say that this was one of the best. It’s definitely a repeat if it’s available the next time we are in the area.

Fun in the AZ sun!

Linda, thanks for letting us use your wonderful home in Scottsdale. The furnishings were great, full service kitchen and plenty of towels! Some rentals have only the bare essentials, and so nice to have virtually everything that we have at our own home. Nice to arrive and find some drinks in the refer and coffee for the first morning. We left a few items for the next tenants. The grandkids loved the pool, often swimming before breakfast most days! The flowers that you left were nice, thank you! Gordy was a great guy. Very helpful. Everyone had a great time and wanted to stay a few more weeks, maybe next time a whole month.

Amazing home!

Everything about this home is wonderful! From the moment we arrived and we were met by Gordie, the property manager, we felt right at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, living room has plenty of comfortable seating and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. But what we enjoyed the most, and where we spent most of our time when we were at the house, is the backyard. Pictures don’t do it justice! We had one early morning that the smoke detector battery started beeping, we called Gordie, and he was there shortly after to replace it, then asked if he could come back the next day and replace ALL of them. Linda, the owner, emailed apologizing for any inconvenience! Everything, from check-in to check-out was more than we could have asked for! We definitely would like to return!

From start to finish, nothing but first class! From Gordy the property manager to Linda the owner, communication was outstanding and very thorough. More than everything needed was here at the home. Home away from home!

This was our first long-term stay, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The communication with the owners leading up to the stay and with the property manager on site were excellent - prompt, clear, and courteous. The home itself was great: bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the living areas were very comfortable. The backyard was incredible - beautiful pool and spa, pool toys and lounge chairs, and a grill with shaded seating for al fresco dining. Easy access to basics, dining, and golf; also great walks to explore in adjacent neighborhoods. Can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful House, Great Vacation!

This house is amazing, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well stocked, the master bed was super comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We spent most of our time around the pool / hot tub and outdoor sitting areas, very private and quiet. The house is conveniently located close to golf (Troon North, The Boulders, Legend Trail) as well as grocery stores and restaurants, but in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner and property manager were awesome to work with and truly cared about our experience and made sure everything was perfect. We've rented a lot of houses in the North Scottsdale area and this property is by far one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Linda and Gordie for everything!

This is a great place to spend some relaxing time.

My first experience at renting an online property, I was greatly pleased. The pictures did not do the property justice, and in the house several additions to furniture had been made that were not in the pictures. The owner of the property was very responsive to my questions/needs and the property manager was great to work with. Overall, I would consider this property for a future stay.

Scottsdale Pool Getaway

Linda and Gordie could not have been more helpful and kind. We had special requests that they graciously accommodated. The property was extremely clean and exactly as the pictures portrayed. The beds were quite comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The large yard also made it feel like a nice retreat. We would definitely return!

Great location for Golf

The house is super comfortable, exactly as the photos show and has all the amenities you need. My husband and I came for a week of golf. The location is close to Troon North, Boulders, Talking Stick, Legend Trail and TPC among others. The neighborhood and home are really quiet, on a 1/2 acre lot (beautifully landscaped) the and the backyard and pool are so peaceful. Safeway and Sprouts are within 5 minutes which was nice since were were here during COVID 19 and cooked all our meals. Kitchen has everything you need. Would stay here again and recommend anyone to book it if its available.

Great Stay

This place was a gem. It was very clean and well stocked with items that you’ll need for your stay. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed them both everyday of our stay. The rooms were all large, well furnished and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Thanks for a great stay!!

Lovely holiday home.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It is ideally situated for access to shopping, dining and many other activities. Dealing with Linda was a delight and Gordy was very efficient in greeting us and providing support. The house is very well fitted with linens, towels etc. All necessary kitchen equipment is available with ample cups, plates, glasses and cooking utensils. Our party included two tea drinkers and although a kettle was not available we made do with boiling water in a saucepan. The TVs in the home are Smart TVs which was an unexpected bonus. I can highly recommend this home and the area in general.

Excellent stay

We recently stayed for 10 days for a family vacation and we absolutely recommend this property. The house was incredibly homey and clean. The house had some household items (i.e, salt, olive oil, other kitchen essentials, some toiletries), which was an unexpected bonus because we didn’t need to spend more money on things we may only have needed to use once or twice. The pool was great and the house is in a great location. Gordie, the property manager, was incredibly nice. Linda, the owner, was very easy to get in contact with and responded very quickly. Overall, this was the best property we have rented and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Delightful House

Beautiful home in a fine location.

This lovely home had a great layout for a comfortable, very enjoyable vacation stay. House is well furnished and kitchen is very well equipped and provisioned. The backyard is nicely landscaped with pool and hot tub, and has outdoor tables and chairs under a roofed patio with heat lamps to enjoy desert evenings under the glittering stars. Convenient to great hiking, golf, shopping, and dining. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. A wonderful stay!

Great Place for Holiday!

The Property was excellent. The house was very spacious, and well kept. The pool and the yard were first class, and great for a family. The owners were great and took care of us. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This is a really nice property with everything one could ask for and more. Property owner and manager were amazing to deal with and offered great shopping and dining recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again. I've been coming out to sunny AZ for a long time and am a frequent VRBO'er / Home Away user. Highly recommended.

The desert never fails in offering sunshine and warm weather :) Our tranquil backyard has been an oasis of serenity. In North Scottsdale we have seen javelinas, bobcats, coyotes, bunnies, chipmunks, and a variety of beautiful birds.
