Kosecki Kabana - 3 mins to the beach on the main strip of Turkey Point

Welcome to our newest addition, circa August 2021. Turkey point is a super popular beach destination that has summoned sun gods and goddesses, bikers and boat enthusiasts alike.
***Please inquire about how we may be able to accommodate a few extra guests in the warmer months in our on site bunkie. The "third bedroom" is the bunkie. ($) An additional fee will apply, not included in the room rates posted***
One week + bookings for summer only (6 or 7 days, respectively).
You'll arrive to ample parking (up to 4 vehicles) and a cute beachy cottage feel from outside/in. Come through the side (main door) to your full sized coat closet and open concept living/dining/kitchen area complete with breakfast bar, retro appliances and gas fireplace (seasonal fall through spring only).
Our wall mounted ductless air conditioner/heating unit heats the entire space, but in case you like that fan whilst sleeping, both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans as well.
Fully equipped kitchen with a French door fridge and full sized freezer will keep all of your snacks, drinks and BBQ eats fresh.
A dining table for 6 (plus two stools at the breakfast bar) or lounge around on the spacious leather sectional and watch DVDs on our Smart TV (must have own streaming accounts), or bring your own HDMI cable or firestick and connect to your shows on the new fibre high-speed internet installed in Turkey point right on our street.
There's two bedrooms in the main house each with a dresser and hooks. The first bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and two end tables.
The second bedroom has bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top), with stairs instead of a ladder, but please mind your head as you climb up as you'll be very close to the ceiling/fan.
The "third bedroom" is the seasonal bunkie($)
which has 2 queen beds.
Main house sleeps 5/6 comfortably and the bunkie can sleep an additional 2. 8 guests max including day visitors ($) at any time on the property.
The bathroom has a full sized shower. We are on a holding tank so with that being said, please be mindful of your flushes and general water going down the drains. We have an outdoor shower by the side door that we ask that you use before entering the house after the beach for sandy feet, and especially before entering the hot tub.

The hot tub is SEASONAL ONLY from fall until spring,(November to April) so please don't be disappointed when you see it empty during the warmer months as this is not calculated into the price.
When it's warm enough outside to do so, there is an outdoor shower beside the main door entrance (required to shower before entering) that does not go into our tank, so shower away :) Colder months please rinse off inside. Absolutely no filling of the hot tub or sitting in it while empty.

The two large decks on the front and back of the property will have you in the sun all day long including the dining table outside, 2 hammocks, a lounge set, a conversation set and a tiki bar!

Only one pet is allowed at this time, with restrictions to certain breeds and ages, so please inquire before booking. Pet fee of $50 will be added to the reservation.

***PLEASE NOTE : All mattresses and pillows have protectors on them. No sheets, blankets or beach towels are provided. Towels to shower, and hand towels/tea towel/dish cloth are. At no point are any towels to be taken off of the property.***

A 3 minute walk in either direction to the public beach. A 3 minute walk to the food market and LCBO/beer store licensed shop where you'll also find fire wood, cigarettes, and bags of ice along with a few other things in between.
The main area with restaurants and Ice cream shops, mini putt and the Turkey point hotel is a flat 8 minute walk, or being like a local and bring your bike! The backyard is fully fenced in so your bikes will be secure (not allowed in the house though).
The famous waveline seadoo and boat rentals will have you on the water before you know it (boating license required) or BYOB (bring your own boat) as the long driveway can accommodate that as well (gates may have to opened thus making the backyard no longer fully fenced in though).
We supply pillows, cutlery and cookware, all dishware and glassware, dish soap, and tablets for the dishwasher, tea towel and sponge or brush for dishes. Towels for use at the cottage only. Board Games, a few books and DVDs for added entertainment. BBQ (a small fee for propane is added to the booking), heating and AC, high speed internet and parking up to 5 regular sized vehicles with the gate open (4 without).

***Again, we do not supply sheets or pillow cases, paper towels, toilet paper , blankets or beach towels, or personal hygiene products. There is a "leave what you take" general courtesy for any paper products within the cottage.***

Any other questions including if you need to book a larger group, please inquire within. We do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties, grad parties, any renter under 25 or any other event aside from a personal vacation. We also do not allow longer reservations over 27 nights, or anyone seeking to establish tenancy at our vacation property. All renters must provide valid photo ID with proof of current address. We also cannot accommodate renters in between homes.
