The Space:

Welcome to our three-bedroom house, designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house features two queen-size bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds, all furnished with quality bedding and linen. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and built-in robes. Enjoy meals with indoor or outdoor dining options, complemented by a 4-burner BBQ on the deck with a bar top. The air-conditioned lounge and dining area, along with fly screens throughout, ensure a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the cooking utensils you need. For relaxation and wellness, discover The Body Temple, a separate massage, therapy, and meditation space behind the house, perfect for arranging treatments or enjoying your own yoga and meditation sessions. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with Netflix and Stan. The downstairs lockable laundry and storage area includes a family-sized washing machine and space for your gear, including fishing rods. Additional amenities include a cleaning table for your catch and the convenience of washing your boat on site. Please note that the house is accessed via a set of stairs. We are pet-friendly; however, extra charges may apply if pets are allowed on furniture or bedding.

The Neighborhood:

As you are in a residential area, please be mindful of noise levels. Rubbish collection is on Sunday evenings for a Monday morning pickup. Please store seafood scraps in the freezer until bin night. Alternatively, you can dispose of seafood scraps in the designated bins at the 1770 Mariner carpark.



Getting Around:

Its an easy stroll to the beach, tavern or shops. Or a short drive to visit Seventeen Seventy.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Vodafone reception can be unreliable in Agnes Water. You may occasionally get reception at the 1770 Headland. We provide essential supplies for your arrival, including toilet paper, washing-up detergent, dishwasher tablets, a dishcloth, and a scourer pad.
