The Sunshine City tiene muchas cosas para ofrecer y esperamos que disfrute de su tiempo en nuestra casa. Ya sea por 1 día o varios meses, bienvenido al paraíso.

Esta casa con aire acondicionado central tiene 2 dormitorios con capacidad para 5, 1 baño y un plano de planta abierto que incluye una barra de desayuno con capacidad para 4 personas, además de un comedor. También hay un colchón de aire inflable disponible que puede aumentar su capacidad para dormir si es necesario. Cada habitación tiene ventiladores de techo para aumentar su nivel de comodidad, una televisión de pantalla plana de 46 "y servicio de wi-fi. Netflix, Showtime, Vudu, Youtube y Crackle también están disponibles para transmitir.

Todos los electrodomésticos son completamente nuevos y la casa está completamente remodelada. ¡Siéntete libre de usar nuestra lavadora y secadora para que no lleves a casa tu ropa sucia! Modest, comfortable home

The home was clean and had everything that we needed. We had a very pleasant stay. It was strategically located to anything that we would need: restaurants, shopping, attractions, etc. The owner was easy to contact and was very accommodating.

All the comforts of home

My husband and I truly enjoyed this home. The home had everything needed for a very nice vacation. The backyard is lovely and very private and the neighbourhood feels very safe, centrally located close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Joe takes great pride in his home. Great location

This house was perfect for my wife and I spending a month in St. Petersburg. Fantastic location for exploring all over the area. The beach is only a 10 minute drive and you have to visit the farmers market in Gulfport, a 9 minute drive from the house. We went every Tuesday. Great communication with Joe the owner. Spent a lot of time on the lanai overlooking a beautifully landscaped backyard.

Relaxed days in St. Petersburg

We stayed at Joe's house for 14 days and felt very comfortable. The house was clean, comfortable and has a lovely patio which is great for breakfast. All household appliances were provided, as were beach essentials. The garden is beautifully planted and we really liked it. The neighborhood is quiet and we also felt safe. Big thanks to Joe who took care of everything. You could always reach him and he always had good information - thank you very much! We would like to come back in 2023 :-)

A cozy little house for a working vacation

I had a pleasurable three-week stay in Joe's house, and I can say that his home is a place to spend some quality and relaxed time. The neighborhood is quiet and seems to be safe. It's an area where you can stroll and appreciate a diversity of gardens and houses styles. While in the house, one can relax (weather permitting) in the lanai, enjoying the view of the cute and unique garden and the lizards, birds, squirrels, butterflies, and anything that passes by the garden. The lanai is also an excellent place to enjoy the company of good friends or loved ones while eating or playing, or doing anything else. The house is comfortable for a small party (we were three adults), and on extended stays, one needs to be creative with the number of utensils and pots and pans in the house. If you're looking for more than a place to relax, restaurants, beaches, and other entertainments are a short drive away. And, if you need to work during your stay, the network connection will not disappoint you. Overall, I recommend Joe's home to you.

The house was fully equipped with very comfortable furniture. Located close to beaches, activities and shopping while being in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. Our host was quick to respond to our questions.

Convenient to Everything

A clean and comfortable little house with a nicely cared for yard, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. This place is close to downtown, close to Treasure Island, close to Gulfport, and close to the Pinellas Trail. Joe was great to deal with, and very responsive in getting back quickly to answer questions. The kitchen furnishings are a little thin, but if you don't plan to do any serious cooking, it is fine. All in all, much recommended.

our month in St. Petersburg was very enjoyable...everything was exactly as shown on the ad except for the backyard...a photo couldn't do it justice..it is so pretty, colourful, relaxing and very tropical..a taste of the real Florida...lovely patio set and our Cn. birds, cardinals and bluejays visited us every day...the home is very conveniently located between the 2 main beaches, and is very clean and comfortable...if you are a movie fan you will enjoy the many TV choices ...Joe is very approachable and always available..thank you...2 Canadian seniors
