The space
It has luxurious fixtures and fittings though out and has been completed to the highest standard.
All linen and towels are provided and there are ceiling fans in every room and on the deck so you will be comfortable during your stay.

- Convenient location walking distance to everything in Yamba without walking up and down hills!
- Leave your car at the Townhouse and enjoy your holiday without the stress of parking the car.
- Walk to beaches, river, golf course, markets, clubs, cafes, skate park, restaurants and downtown main street within minutes.
Main Living Space
- Open concept kitchen, dining and living.
- Kitchen has all brand new stainless steel 5 star appliances including extra large gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher and stone bench tops.
- New High definition TV with Netflix and fast Wi Fi. Note this wifi is not shared with any other property so is dedicated only to this townhouse.
-Peaceful leafy deck flows out from main living space creating indoor and outdoor living.
- There is also a toilet and laundry with washer and dryer on this floor.
- Additional seperate living space on main level with couch and TV with Netflix on demand.
- The single car lock up garage is accessible from the main living space. The additional car space is steps from the front door.
Upstairs-
- Upstairs features a master bedroom with brand new queen size bed, master bathroom and two seperate wardrobes.
- Second bedroom also features a queenside bed with huge walk in wardrobe and direct access to the second bathroom on this floor. This bathroom has a seperate shower and full size bath and is extremely generous in size.
- Third bedroom had two single beds and a wardrobe.

As this is a self contained town house the guests have private access to everything.
