Yamba Townhouse on Wooli is a beautifully renovated, stylishly furnished oasis in the heart of Yamba. This spacious accommodation is walking distance to town, cafes, shops and restaurants and a flat walk to Turners and Whiting beaches. It enjoys a light-filled open plan living and a peaceful, leafy outlook.
The Space:
Yamba Townhouse on Wooli is a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, spacious and generously appointed space. It's centrally located only metres from the heart of town and Yamba's boutiques and restaurants. Whiting beach is a mere 700m flat stroll from the front door.
The property spans two floors with three bedrooms and bonus double bed upstairs, making four separate sleeping areas. Downstairs enjoys open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens out onto the leafy, fully fenced backyard with outdoor entertaining area.
The kitchen is fully appointed and stocked with basic condiments and a Nespresso Coffee Machine and pods for your enjoyment.
The bedrooms are calm and serene with ceiling fans and a light and leafy outlook. The master bedroom enjoys a queen sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and wardrobe; the third bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and the foyer space above the staircase has an additional double bed.
The bathrooms are spacious and immaculate and we provide luxury Leif bathroom hand wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner to elevate your experience.
There is a lock up garage and space for one additional vehicle or boat to park off the street next to the home.
Guest Access:
Guests may access the property from the main driveway. There is a lock box at the front door to let you in at whatever time suits you.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is about as central as you can get. It's located just off the main street in Yamba and is walking distance to the beach, the lighthouse, the cafes, the restaurants, the Pacific Hotel and of course everything in town.
Getting Around:
You will be able to walk to everything from here. Should you wish to take your vehicle further afield we have a lock up garage for one vehicle and off street parking for an additional vehicle or boat.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no parties, pets, schoolies, smoking, vaping or loud music.
