Beautiful and Well-Maintained Three Bedroom Home with Large Private Pool!

Treat yourself with this large three bedroom home on your next vacation! This well-maintained home is located within the heart of Palmetto Dunes and is a short walk to the George Fazio Golf course!

The kitchen is large and comes fully-equipped, making cooking meals for the family an easy task. The appliances are stainless steel. There is a breakfast bar for three, in addition to a small breakfast nook that seats three. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room with formal dining for six. The living room with a features a sectional sofa, several comfortable chairs and a 75 inch Smart TV. The main floor primary bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a two-sink vanity, walk-in shower and separate large sunken garden tub. The first upstairs guest bedroom is also a king with its own recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, HDTV and shares a recently renovated bathroom with the bonus room. The bonus room also has two twin beds. The shared bathroom for the two twin rooms has a walk in shower. The beach is an easy five minute walk from this beautiful home!

The backyard is large and has a beautiful private rectangular pool! There is an outdoor dining table as well as a Weber propane gas grill for your use! Across the street is a walking bridge taking you to the beach access point!

The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Family Time in Palmetto Dunes

Very Disappointed, pictures are not a fair representation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a substitute property, original house was taken off market. Pictures are a misrepresentation of 3 Troon. Furniture dated and stained. Upstairs bedrooms furniture old and too big for rooms, bathrooms dated with showers that you couldn’t turn around in or the curtain wrapped around you. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Stove top didn’t work properly. Dishes and glassware mixed matched. Look like they came from multiple trips to the second hand store. Both can opener broken. Outdoor area needs work, a lot of wood rot, not appealing or inviting, front and back porches useless. It’s obviously a strictly rental property and the owner seems to be milking it for every last nickel. I completed a survey for Palmetto Dunes, they should have better knowledge of their rental units, otherwise PD was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I’d rent through PD Resorts again but would ask a few more questions.
