Appreciate you taking the time to let folks know the kitchen worked well Susan!

Oh no! That is not what we like to hear and will be addressed with the cleaning team. Our local staff is always available to help if anything like that comes up. Next time, give us a shout.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the clean and spacious home, as well as the deck — it's definitely one of our favorite spots for relaxing out of the wind. We appreciate your note about the entryway. The walkway construction you experienced was actually part of an effort to make the path safer and more accessible for guests of all ages. We're happy to share that it's now complete, and future guests can enjoy a smoother, covered entry to the home. Thanks again for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin, appreciated the peaceful setting and lake view, and found the booking process, communication, and check-in smooth and easy. We’re also happy to know the cabin was well stocked and met most of your needs during your stay. We truly appreciate you bringing the issue with the oven and cookware to our attention. While we do our best to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned between guests, it sounds like we may have missed the mark here when the previous guests put back dirty items, and we’re so sorry for the inconvenience. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a flawless experience next time. Thank you again for staying with us!
